Most of the veterans nod grimly, perhaps as an old military unit would do amongst themselves. A brunette woman with one hand replies, "The dangers be heavy; the price fair enough. 'Pends on if you be true company or a low timer, bruv."
The others nod as the wheel is set.
A voice calls out for more ock'n resin to set the axle. Voi calls to the guard to fetch some from the new city. He then turns to you, the new arrivals.
"Cannae trust you to stay here 'til the wheel sets? And t'morrow? Any o' ya that want to join just need teh ask for the Binder. Someone will point ya in the right direction."

Any battle hardened veterans will see he's nervous as hell but at least he's trying to put on a brave face to the grizzled warriors by offering his aid. |

The axeman nods to Voi.
"Gotcha captain. Gonna sit and jabber wit' the crew, wait for more fun to show up."
Moktli calls to the brunette:
"True company fer true pay, innit?" He gives her a tight salute. "I'm Mokka. Fought deadbois before, but slower, all bones n' leather... You got torches?"

After they've exchanged greetings and agreed to work together, Baxby looks for a way to be useful.
He checks if any of the other soldiers are wounded, and lends a hand with cell adjustment.

Ibubesi will walk around the disabled wagon and (in order):
1) Scan the surroundings for more attackers
2) check for and potentially use spells to heal the wounded
3) Inspect any weapons (of the living or fallen) to add them to his repertoire of weapons he can make.
