Kleys will also run outside to look for Dote with the others, instructing them to: "Stay within the protective radius of the Banner! You don't want to get Fireball-ed."
Initiative: 1d10 -> 6 + 0 = 6 Blur: 6/9 rounds. AC 3 (Armor – lasts 14 of 14 hp), 24 of 24 hp Spells left: 1st – 2 of 4/day, 2nd – 0 of 2/day, 3rd – 1 of 2/day
******
If we just find Dote dead, we'll bring his body back (for Mak/Markus to eventually destroy or whatever). Kleys will search it THROUGHLY, using Detect Magic looking for Wizardry items and a spellbook, popping off a Read Magic to confirm.
Then the same with Denis. Then a search (general, not Thief-ly) and Detect Magic all over the structure. Finally a Know History on the Baton/Rod.
(Mmm, yes...precious, SPELLBOOKS, my precious....)

Laakh moves with the banner carrier, stretching his focus to seek Dote.
Life Detection now at 100 yards facing out of the citadel, 30 degree scan. He will scan left, right, up, and down at this setting.

No life gain was possible from Wyan or Sacha. Who has bags to use to hold them? Or what will you use? I assume you will not cut them free until something is located.
The undead are quickly dispatched. They seem a mismatch of raiders from Spoil, some muls that Dote encountered on his travels north and other random unfortunate souls.
Densis' flattened corpse bears singe marks and blackening towards the hands wrists and edges of his dark robes. The rods seem to have script thinly scratched into them.
There is no sign of life within that range, Laahk. Either Dote fled or was killed. That scream maybe? You have an idea of where it may have come from, but you'll need to traverse some vines, brush, mud and other natural hazards to get there.
Looking upward to the orrery, you see more white rods jutting into the spheres directly. Because of the quantity, before it simply looked solid. You would need a means to observe them closer or reach them proper.
Wyan and Sacha begin to speak in the trade tongue.
"Wait... wait. You know now that this body has perished that Kalak can and will return." The other head manages a nod. "We know things. Of the contingencies that Dote Mal and King Kalak worked prior to his failed ritual. The Iron King will come for us eventually when he returns from the Grey. Do you wish to be in his path as he retraces the last few months time?"

HurKs tentacles grab his 3 weapons from the floor before changing back into his male B'rohg form while still holding them down. If they have long hair he will quickly tie their hair together in a strong knot.
"Cap, Yiska, grab my burlap bags out of my pack lying outside the building entrance..."
Life drain: 11 hp to HurK from the heads This is unable to occur. See above post.

Mak retrieves Odrela's metal gladius and then pulls her broken form over closer to where the heads are.
"Nice try you two, the Tyr king will have more important things to deal with than finding his old trophy heads. The great Dragon himself rules over Tyr now."
"But if you insist on talking, feel free to regal us with the history of this place as we go about cleaning it up."

I did not miss. Dote's body has not been found so I was waiting to see if you had other actions to take.
Detect magic simply reveals EXTREMELY strong magic radiating from the entire structure. It obscures the ability to read anything within the citadel proper.
Densis carries a steel dagger at his belt and wears a dark wooden ring set with a large, deep purple amethyst. He had what looked to be a crossbow, but is now in splinters. A small quiver at his side holds a double handful of stone-tipped bolts.
We can get to a know history shortly.
"This was one of the Warbringer's foci. The work was made by the gnim. Well before they were wiped from existence." Spits one of the shrunken heads. The other pipes up. "Of course old Borys holds Tyr. Had we enough time to gather our strength, we should have sat in Tyr's throne instead. If you simps only knew how tied the..."
"Shut it, dimwit. You always were the type to wax poetic when you should've kept your fecking mouth shut."

(Kleys checks him EXTREMELY thoroughly) I take his clothes to carefully check the weave of the cloth, and the hems, etc. for anything hidden (specifically spells woven into the fabric, or inserted into the seams/hem, or tattoos/scaring on Densis).

Once the bags are in possession, HurK stuff's each head in a different bag (hair knot still outside). He holds the bags closed as he slices one necks off at the skin discoloration line at a time. He'll quickly tie each bag with his giant hair rope before moving on to the second head. He'll keep his foot on the bags then finally release his accelerated power and collapse, sitting atop of Kalak's body.
"Whew!
Man...
I...
HATE...
this...
part!"
He says between large gulps of air, his torso rising and falling with each massive breath (for 7-8 rounds).

While the mouthy heads are bagged and Levitation/searching is happening, Laakh eats that cheese for 10 PSPs. +10 now at 58.
"This is not over. Dote..." He looks towards the surrounding patches of vines, scrub, mud.
He enters Phase mode and begins walking where the screams came from.
rolled 19 vs. 19 (power score)
His movement rate is doubled, so he glides at MV 24 while pinging with Life Detection at max range. Still on Safe Path. Current PSPS: 52

Laahk sees a flattened round of vegetation, much like a crop circle in the mud about ten feet in diameter as he progresses forward. All vegetation is matted as if from above... sheer force.
He gets a ping on life detection as well, a half dozen creatures to the north of his current location at the edge of his detection range. That would lead further into the baobab trees and morass.
Know history results in the following information; this was a Catalyst of Lightning. It also helped to power the Cosmic Interocitor. Rajaat (the first Wizard) constructed this artifact.
First round of Hurk's rest passes at this point. Where is everyone else congregated?
