A trio of kes'trekel take flight from the left most larger structure deeper into the ruined city. "I say we keep heading west, further into the city. I want to get to those tall towers..." says Hawkings "I am sure the towers draw everyone and everything, but west is fine."

Calidane says, "I'm getting a tug both ahead and to the left. Small amounts of water. Maybe just condensation from morning dew that drips into crevices.”

- I guess we'll have to check how far is from Celik, as that will mean that we might end isolated from everyone but, at the same time, we will be.. protected? - doubting that last word - by these undead against anyone tempted to attack us

"Let's keep searching before the feeling fades. I can probably keep this up a little while longer, but there are limits to everything. We should try to find a larger concentration of water... but like my good cousin says, it might be somewhere too deep in the old ruins to really be defensible," says Calidane. "As much as it would be exciting to reclaim part of this city, we need a viable supply line back to the House settlement for defense and supplies, at least until enough monsters have been destroyed and people moved in here to make the area safe again."

"Agreed. We keep moving then." (In the same direction. )

The next blocks seem to be in better shape as you continue down the dusty cobbled street. Less buildings have been mined for materials, although the doors are still missing on the smaller abandoned homes and dead shops. Some of the larger buildings have wooden doors, almost every wall that faces the street has a human-sized entrance. Then, the street ends, at a closed double gate. There is a low wall of clay brick (covered in plaster at points where it hasn't fallen away). Faded color makes one think that it was originally colored red. Now? More rusty or ochre in the exposed areas. Two thin poles, material unknown, rise perhaps 15 feet into the air, flanking the closed gate. Atop each pole? What looks to be a ball of black & green. Before the gates the buildings to the left (south) look to be warehouses. The one on the corner has a hangman's noose carved into the north and east faces of the building. Flecks of yellow or gold paint can still be seen in the nooks and crannies of the design. This building shows a goodly amount of water somewhere inside. A smooth, triangular building is seen to the right, next to the right-most pole. It is thin, tall and has no street facing entrance. It's roof is steep and angular, reminding you of a stubby obelisk or angular shovel head. At one point, it was probably bright white. Now more stained with time and dust. Map to follow shortly. Assume that you're at the edge of detection for Find Water as you look to the left, noose-decorated building. darksuncelikgoldrush.obsidianportal.com/maps/129867

"Over here," says Calidane. "Can't tell if it's a cistern, or a bunch of jugs, or a well, but there's a lot of water in this direction, the hangman's warehouse, I think."

Yes. One on each wall facing the streets. There might be additional exits to the rear (that you currently cannot see).

Moktli looks to windows, doors, rooftops, streets where enemies might approach.
(Any Celik people around? Empty streets?)
"Gonna check 'round the back for other ways in.."
He grabs axes and trots around to the rear of the hangman's warehouse.
