(Detect Magic)
"Well of COURSE it is..."
"Mak, can you help me focus again with your magics?"
(Before Mak's spell (add 20% if he casts it): rolled 82% vs. 60 to determine type of magic - fail)
(Before Mak's spell (add 20% if he casts it): rolled 70 vs. 75 (85)% to Find (Magical) Traps - success; rolled 97 vs. 75 (85)% to Remove (Magical) Traps - fail (w/o Mak's spell))

"Of course."
Mak enchants a spell of timing and assists Kleys for as long as he needs for the next 9 rounds.
((Moment, Lv2, +20% to rolls))

Moderate abjurations radiate from the entire wagon.
Weak alteration magic is found from the rune on the door. This is not a trap specifically. The door holds tight in spite of Kleys' manipulations. He nods his head at the realization that this is a wizard's lock, a spell he does not in fact have in his repertoire, but is common enough that he's had to have encountered it in the past.

- I'm not very keen with these matters, and the less the better, but if something has a door, that same thing should have hinges of any sort.. Is it not possible to open it from the back or making a hole in another side? - Looking at the investigation that is been set on place

You are free to destroy parts of the wagon to enter. I assume that some of the others might not want to possibly damage the contents within. Imagine something similar to this. No windows, perhaps 2" x 8" slats in three places on each side for ventilation with a triple layer of cheesecloth or fabric on the inside. A place for a driver to sit kank (or undead spider) side - but with no entrance to the wagon from the driver's seat. Also larger wheels and a slightly wider wheel base. 6'W x 10'L

Laakh remarks to the group:
"Are there magics known to have a proximity trigger? I won't touch it, but want to get within a foot of distance in Phase form to minimize the threat of explosions or whatnot..."

As the group discusses, HurK pulls out her giant hair rope, lies on her back and slowly slides/shimmies toward the wheel axel (as a modern day car mechanic). Without touching the anything, she'll tie one end of the rope to one side of the axel, and the other to the opposite side so that she can pull and steer the wagon from afar.

Pallia says, "Glyphs of warding and symbol spells can trigger when you pass through an area."

We'll take it back to Bodach and then we'll see about getting inside. " At this, Kleys' eyes dart about slightly and he licks his lips... "And nobody smash it, we can get in just fine with any foolishness!" Looking down: "Nice work, Hurk."

Khuv speaks.
"It'll be a bit before I can open up a hole to Bodach. Aaaand... I'm pretty sure that me, Druuso and Haske aren't feeling safer there compared to here."
There's some nods of agreement.
"You think you could transport the others there and back, Mak?" He asks the druid. "We could meet you in Nibenay."
Yiska adds, "I'd be good with that."

(OOC: So plan is to WH wagon to Bodach, then wagon investigation, then after resting, WH a Nibenay team?)

"What about "rescuing" the necromancers magiks and stuff in Spoil?" HurK says as she stands and dusts herself off

"We're not going IN to Bodach. We're dropping the wagon off outside of Bodach where our silt skimmer is. Then we're porting away or Hurk lifting the skimmer back to silt. Many of us have things we'd like to get to but we haven't decided as a group what our next step is. The place we currently are standing in becomes very unsafe in less than a day."
Mak will fetch Densis corpse, remove the head and ash the rest of his body, putting it into a sack next to the bag that holds Nibenay's son's ashes.

"What about "rescuing" the necromancers magiks and stuff in Spoil?" HurK says as she stands and dusts herself off "After we secure and search the wagon - preferably someplace safe from scrying or enemies - that's my preferred 1st priority. I'm unknown in Nibenay, I'd happy go there." "Wasn't there some mention of Altaruk as well? Or did Mak make it there and back with I was screwing around with the Orrey?" Quote: Nothing has happened. He has tied a rope to the axle.
(I'm honestly just happy he didn't smash into the wagon with his face...)
