Quila looks quizzically at the half-giant during her meditations, one eyebrow perched up with an incredulous look on her face. You don't need to be a reader of expressions to know that she thinks something like "he just implied doing WHAT exactly?!". It would seem obvious Quila hasn't adventured with Hurk yet. It does remind her of a can-do-attitude halfling she met in Celik years ago though.

The rest of the evening is surprisingly uneventful for Ande. Before we advance to the next day, I need a list of what scrolls you'd like to purchase and I can quote you some prices. This is being requested that evening... they might be able to fill these requests before you leave.
Scrolls requested by Quila:
level 4 spells: Tongues, Repel Insects (cast at as high level as possible), Neutralize Poison level 3 spells: Ranike Cloud (but I can/could scribe those myself, or could have done so given enough time), Remove Paralysis, Spike Growth
level 2 spells: Silence, 15' Radius
level 1 spells: Entangle, Faerie Fire
Protection from Insects (cast at level 6 or up is good, volume of scrolls is more important than level) Protection from Paralyzation (if that exists?)
[Edit: I left out amount, because often more is better. But anything will be good.]

"*exhore we leaxhe, I should like to see where I a mm to take us ixh *ossi*le. This will lower the risks of my s*ell." "Chat'cho I might be able to help you with that. I can show you in our shared mindscape an image of the area I saw from the skies looking down upon the grasslands near the settlement." Quila offers, and continues "even if we might be gated in by somebody else it would help for any 'porters or gaters we have in our group to have the same scene in their minds as I do. Who else can benefit from this?" she asks and looks around at the group.

Spell Scrolls Available: Name, # avail, Cost in Silvers and/or Gold each
Tongues, 2, 10 sp Neutralize Poison, 4, 10 sp Entangle, 6, 10 sp Faerie Fire, 6, 10 sp Silence, 4, 5 gp Ranike cloud, 1, 12 gp Pro Evil 10', 1, 12 gp Scroll of protection vs. insects, 1, 15 gp Cloudkill, 3, 12 gp
Note that a lot of these scrolls are used in defense of Kurn during time of siege or attack. They will be replenished over a great period of time... the wizard spells being the slowest to restock. How many wizards want to sit and pen scrolls all day long? However, a templar could totally be ordered to do that as a task from a superior.

- Looking at Quila - "I don't know Wormhole or however you call it, I can only teleport short distances.." - her eyes open like plates hearing the price of the arcane spells - "Wow, that's a lot!" - looking at Niachi - "Could you bargain these listed items you want by offering some of yours to them in barter or exchange?"

Quila thanks the templar having provided these insights. She would then go to the place used to requisition goods and funds for official templar business.
Using her charm (Charisma) and knowledge of the administrative processes (NWP Bureaucracy) she tries to get some expedited work done there so she can get scrolls and Potion Fruits of Healing and Potion Fruits of Neutralize Poison (if available).
(OOC: I don't know if that will do me any good but Bureaucracy does mention it can be used in lots of situations, let me know)
(In Discord I have rolled for funds, 7d10*10 = 400 GP. Obviously Quila goes about this all very thoughtfully and conscientiously.)
For her own use she goes for Tongues x 1, Neutralize Poison x 2, Entangle x 2, Faerie Fire x 2, Silence x 1, Ranike Cloud x 1, Protection vs Insects x 1. That's 39 gp together.

Chat'cho takes a little time to herself in order to freshen up. She procures a few brightly-colored sashes which she attaches to various portions of her body, noting with some amusement that they are usually reserved for special occasions. This, she figures, qualifies. Little shiny bracelets and anklets are looped around her extremities, adding a bit of flair to her gear.
She considers attempting a little chitinwork, but decides against it--too much margin for error. Instead, she adds a splash of color to her body by applying body paint, using her reflection in one of Kurn's wells to see herself. As she's not a trained body painter, the patterns and shapes she draws on herself are utterly meaningless, but Chat'cho takes comfort in the fact that the Tohr'Kreen will likely have no idea what they mean anyway.
Chat'cho is well aware that the Tohr'Kreen believe themselves to be vastly more civilized than the Thri-Kreen of the Tablelands. Any diplomatic efforts on her part would likely be hampered by their seeing her as a barbarian--little more than an animal. There is little she can do to allay these fears, short of using illusion magic to deceive them, so she settles on a different approach--by altering how she presents herself, her 'savageness' might become an asset. After all, a frothing barbarian could hardly be considered appealing, but the same might not be true of a barely-dressed, amazonian shaman with an exotic accent and a willingness to allow herself to be 'civilized.' Chat'cho attempts to play up those aspects of her appearance that direct the opinion of viewers towards this second impression.

Ande would make requests through Quila for the following spell scrolls if available:
Addition (PSC1 pg 14) <--If caster level is something that can be requested, Ande would ask that it come from one of her superiors (below 16th level, the items aren't permanent having only a variable duration) Blessed Abundance (PSC1 pg 74) Easy March (PSC1 pg 232) Unfailing Endurance (PSC3 pg 673)
Multiples of all of them if possible but Easy March and Unfailing Endurance especially (we'll really only need multiples of Easy March and Unfailing Endurance if we're making an extended stay without resupply trips).

Niachi asks the Presider:
"If my spellstones (he uses whetstones as spellbooks) contain any spells your library lacks, I am open to trade. Otherwise, I would ask we purchase Protection from Evil and Cloudkill scrolls, if payment seems not an issue. I have a humble 50cp obsidian orb capable of holding Empowerment. I can prepare it or another larger orb for your research purposes. Barring further negotiations, I am ready for our mission."
He sits and rests, humming a popular Kurnian children's song, but singing different lyrics:
"Beat the rhythm all alone / Beat the rhythm with their bones.."
