Quila will have asked Chat’cho and Eslyk if they have any ability to reunite us at the Seed with the rest.
<‘Waiting on answer from them. Chat’cho is meditating and Eslyk is wandering the halls of her ancestors. Good that we seem to have localized where Ande has popped off into. Do you want us to reunite here or at Nirik-Tohr? I feel here is actually better given whatever the halflings want or need to tell us next.’>

<Agreed! Regroup there inside the seed. If the kreen begin pulling the big 'ol nut again, I can help Coden freeze and burn the ropes again while we brainstorm about Ande. Plus I want to meet all the newly revived halflings.>

Chat'cho ends her meditation with some reluctance to facilitate the casting of a Dimensional Folding spell in order to let the others back into the Seed.
"Ixh I mmust...Ixh I mmust..."
After casting, she returns to these meditations in order to resume her attempts to raise the last dead halfling.

HurKling quickly shoves his pack and gear through the portal. He scans the team making sure everyone is accounted for then looks out the viewing window to see the progress of the kreen re-strapping the seed again with their ropes...

A tad of fast forwarding.
J'lact gets back to you before you leave, only to say, "She is where we thought. She won't be thrown to the arena or eaten. She will be required to answer some questions when she awakes and then she's free to leave on her own volition. You have created quite the stir within our community in the short time of your visit, my friends."
Dimensional folding does indeed work... and not doom you in the same way that affected Ande or aging you (as is the standard botch).
You head back to the Seed avoiding the outside army of tohr-kreen, who at this point are attempting once again to drag the Messenger from it's resting place.
Ande eventually awakens as Chat-cho finishes her meditation.
They ask a few questions through earth shaman interpreter, and are amazed that you have had correspondence with J'lact and the Nirik-tohr. They ask much the same questions that he did in the first night. You are allowed to leave around noon the same day.
This is after Chat raises the final halfling. The wee one is sent off to his pod and the Oculus communicates that a decision will be made soon, but in private. It is nearly done healing...
Would you be so kind to cut those ties once more?

A tad of fast forwarding... It is nearly done healing... "Would you be so kind to cut those ties once more?" "Brother, shall we? I'll burn those, you freeze those..." Hurkling says to Coden as he points out the various rope conjoined sections. [Molecular agitation 20, rolled 11 Bob let me know how many rounds I need to heat the ropes to break/burn them off]

2 rounds of agitation should do for each strand. There are a lot of them, as well as those climbing tohr that seem to have doubled in number from the precious day.
Let's say fifty total strands of roping to deal with.

Chat'cho clicks her mandibles idly, slinking back from the fore. She had expected diplomacy with the Tohr to be a larger part of this expedition. Considering that a large part of this undertaking seems to involve negotiating with extraterrestrial Halflings and a large part of the Tohr-Kreen are simply impossible to negotiate with, as well as the fact that her Templar companion has already run afoul of the locals, the hulking insect slowly retreats into one of the Seed's many dark corners to await the next time her magic is needed.
The only sign of her presence to those without infravision is the occasional sliding of smooth chitin. Dimly, she hopes that her pheromones will be attractive to at least one breed of Tohr.

Let's say fifty total strands of roping to deal with. HurKling turns from the window and frustratedly addresses the group: "Even had I not shapechanged, I would not have enough mental fortitude to burn 25 ropes. I doubt Master Coden has it either. I'm open to suggestions on how to stop us getting pulled." He asks

Niachi resumes his crawling posture in the cramped interior, gets to a good observation spot at the viewport. The xerichou settles down to watch at his side.
"Something to distract the rope crew out there. I'll need to concentrate."
He takes off his glove to reveal his shadow hand, flexing unnaturally. Does his mojo and a glowing ghost hand appears outside the Seed 20 feet above and 100 feet from the leading edge of the harness (goal is in max visibility of the tohr)
Spectral Hand, duration 14 rounds. Max range 85 yards, it moves as he commands but returns to his side if he takes other actions. AC-2, hit by magical weapons, any such damage ends the spell and does 1D4 to him. He can use any touch attacks with a +2 bonus to hit.
The hand bobs and weaves like a moth, clenching and unclenching its long fingers like a jellyfish at speed while orbiting around the tohr in fast widening arcs, to its max distance. If any tohr comes to melee distance, Niachi will attack with his innate Chill Touch, Thaco 12:
The hand will glow icy blue while attacking with a poking forefinger. Target saves vs. spell or takes 1d4 damage and loses 1 point of STR, lost STR returns in 1 hour. If not rated for STR, target gets -1 to hit for every OTHER successful attack.
He can Chill Touch 7/day.
He whistles a soft tune as he works.

I don't think I'd feel too good if you stuffed my insides with a ton of boulders. But maybe SER-GON-EVAUTH here is OK with it?" Hurkling shrugs as he turns to look at the halfling in the chair

Additional weight does not seem to be a thing it wishes to deal with... you get the feeling that once the tethers are cut or dealt with, that it will wish to do something.
That is quite a nice proper distraction. We'll assume that Coden can continue to activate his cryo powers like before and slowly begin weakening the binds as well.
After perhaps 15-20 minutes, enough damage has been worked that the other bonds begin to snap at the additional strain.
The rest of the tohr seem agitated at this and begin to circle angerly. Similar to the band De Staat's Witch Doctor video. Look it up. Totally worth the analogy.

Chat'cho crosses both sets of arms. She is clearly not happy with this rejection of her rather devious plan. Best archive it away for later use...

After her encounter with the Elders of J’eztere, Ande (unless she is rushed off by the Kreen) will find a nice roost and take in the view.
Ping Quila <”You need to see this! There are more Kreen here than apes I have seen in any city in my whole life! Please remember to keep the landing site clear, I will be Dooring in on my return and stitching* to you soon”>
Ping Ser-Gon-Evauth <"Apologies for the intrusion. I seek to return safely to you, please give me your location as precisely as you can?">
She won’t dawdle more than necessary to recoup some of her spent PSP’s and perhaps bask in the attention I imagine an Aarakocra would receive in a kreen city. She will relish being a spectacle so long as the attention isn’t of the murderous mob mentality.
She would cast a Know Customs to see if there are differences between here and Nirik-Tohr.
While in the midst of so many kreen, Ande would also divine "how best she could help Chat'cho as a matchmaker". I am calling that an Augury, followed by Idea and then Moment Reading (all of them regarding the quoted question in the previous sentence), she has the slots for all three if needed though (I spent slots for all three). I don't see her making any moves for Chat'cho aside from divination information gathering.
Assuming that Ser-Gon-Evauth is ~120 miles from J'eztere, it would take Ande an hour to Dimension Fly/Walk to them. If all goes as planned, she'll exit the Walk within range of Dimensional Door and transition straight into the interior of Ser-Gon-Evauth. The kreen _might_ notice the two doors open adjacent to one another but hopefully won't, at least that's what Ande's intention is.
I'm accounting for 2 hours recoup "resting" after her matchmaking research for an additional 12 PSPs bringing her total to 76 by the time she is leaving.
Dimension Walk rolled a 2 needing an 18; -32 PSP, 44/112
6 Navigation checks rolled a 1 needing under a 17 rolled a 19 needing under a 17 rolled a 8 needing under a 17 rolled a 11 needing under a 17 rolled a 11 needing under a 17 rolled a 1 needing under a 17
(OOC: I will use Call Upon Faith to negate that failure if possible)
Dimensional Door rolled a 18 needing under a 19 (Power Score); -4 PSP, 40/112
"Ta-da! Go on! Tell me how much you missed me!" Ande declares as she lands through the Dimensional Door looking supremely pleased with herself.
*Quila would know this as the mental picture of how Ande perceives Dimension Walk at least when she describes it to Quila.
