Kri-kcht knows this tribe from the encounter from the first oasis due north of Yaramuke on the map. They gave directions to the crater and oasis that you encountered the pakubrazi in the North Tablelands game.

They didn't necessarily get these claws from the kreen, the party didn't grab all of them.

These lizard people apparently range in and about the Ringing Mountains, traveling oasis to oasis trading here and there and generally trying to avoid getting eaten.
