Character knowledge in the South Tablelands game...

Your current characters have been together long enough, around enough campfires to assume knowledge general to the party.
So for instance, Kem might have heard about Nisid and her Tsalaxan crew via Yiska, Hurk, Laahk, etc... or have an idea about ideals, magic, loot or psionic items the group holds.
This is important to bring up as we shuffle through the character trees. A newer PC rotated in will have a period of time that they don't know such things - or until you state that they're "brought up to speed".
Currently everyone but Attilius fits this caveat.
