The first stage of moving is occurring the next few days. Sister in law at an airbnb, one house to be cleared and stored. I might be a bit off as far as schedule or only looking at posts later in my day. If I miss something? Please comment here in the out of character so I don't mess with the game integrity. I stupidly thought it'd be fun for the kids to visit my parents for Halloween. Two racist comments from my mother later and I solidly regretted the visit. I was so pissed off last night that I couldn't focus and form any posts. Finally calmed down a bit and due to my kiddos having coughs this morning, I kept them home from school. Right now is my first time since Saturday looking at the board. I will form some posts later this evening.

It took me a bit to catch up, but Hawkings needs a bit of time to descend, so it works out quite well.

Our 1st closing got stalled from yesterday (and it should occur this Friday if all goes well). I needed my signature on some documents and had to run some other errands. The kids are on a quarantine from school until this next Monday - not needed, but the school is being a pain in the arse. So my mornings/early afternoons have been back to temporary distance learning. Definitely keeps my focus elsewhere since their class schedules don't quite sync.

Some of the posts in the older game require a bit more reading of my notes before posts too in order to keep the continuity believable. Understand if I slow a bit on that depending on how much time real life lets me focus.

Crazy day. About ready to pass out already. I should have the chance to focus on combat tomorrow morning. If the kids let me, I'll even get a proper combat map up for Celik. Odds are still in your favor even with stuns. The chances of a kirre dropping are probably only 20-some-odd % if I'm estimating correctly.

So the closing walkthrough for the people buying the old house made a few ridiculous demands in hope of extorting an additional grand out of us. I ended up renting a truck and doing a 3 hour cleaning job on top of removing items that we thought they'd want - spare paint in the home's colors (all labeled), extra matching floor tiles, a perfect replacement screen door, etc...

They didn't want any of it.

Closing is today.

Then their money order doesn't clear (probably deposit on Monday). I hate selling and buying homes. This stress is worse than anything I ever dealt with - minus my first son's prematurity.

I am exhausted. I will attempt some posts, but I'm not sure how focused I am right now.

Today it took our new internet/cable provider 6 and a half hours to install updated wifi and the like at the new/old house.

I had to add a crazy extra trip in the middle of that to grab the kids and re-head out to make sure it was complete. I'm a bit behind in my writing today as a result.
