Seemingly oblivious to the 8 big black Kreen, the half giant is clearly more interested in the rain and lightning phenomenon
"This is great! I can count on one hand how many times I've been in a rain storm... Normally it's ALL silt, ALL the time." he says happily to his two Tohr security guards as he dismounts 'fruit cart' 

He simply stands next to the large inix, patting him on his side to give him calming reassurance from the loud lightning crack and booms, while enjoying this rare meteorological moment.

While he waits for J'act's response, he kneels to the dirt and copies Eslyk's ritual marking to adorn his face for whatever comes next. He grins a big Jokeresque smile:

The dark tohr-kreen warriors stand steadfast, perhaps awaiting your approach. You are currently about 250' away unless you are Ande. Some of the earlier details were more for the bird templar, but let's just say that it could be very well communicated via a mindlnk with Quila or Coden (I won't charge you PSPs at this point).

Leaving the gaze of the wonderful rain, the half giant's mind focuses back to the present reality as he calls out to J'lact (hoping it gets translated)
"We gotta pack champions challenge them to get them to let us investigate the big nut sky ship?" he asks...

He seems conflicted. The rain pours harder. It might be wise for Ande to land, as lightning strikes are seen even closer. *BOOM* That one was only a 6 count from the previous flash.

"It is good that no one else holds this as theirs, but I fear for the end of our hunt if we get much closer. If you are intent on your goals, I suggest stealth or some other means to investigate.

Or we can wait and see if anyone or thing attempts to try the zik-trin-ak's meddle. But this weather is most distressful."

Also, no tangents were gained as the mind of the comet easily repels your attacks.

The ground is having issues with the amount of falling rain water. A stream is forming in the rut the Messenger has left, trailing to the south.

The half giant resumes his gaze towards the sky
"I hear ya Coden. What..." he trails off in thought "What if this sky ship is MAKING the rain and lightning to bug zap the 8 guards? Like some powerful RAIN CLERIC?!"
