As the others rest in Nirik Tohr, the rest of you continue to observe the rising masses of kreen, further cocooning the giant ship in tethers. Eventually, as it darkens, the ship begins to scrape forwards slowly.
Much like the snail-like ock'n. Instead of resin, a rut of mud and flattened perpetual prairie grass lie in it's wake.
However, due to Coden's use of cryokinesis on said tethering, the ship only gets pulled fifty or so feet before they snap *almost* in unison. This sends the tohr into a flurry of anxious reaction - much like hitting a hornet's nest. The sun sets soon after, making further observation difficult.

Chat'cho produces an odd, near-silent series of clicks and coos as she draws near the lens by which the outside world was visible. She attempts to determine whether light from this side is visible on the outside.

You can easily tell that it's a projection of sorts, similar to thought projecting or minor illusion, as it stands apart from the wall proper. Not as crude as a Star Wars hologram for context.

“Let us rest a bit so Chat’cho can bring more halflings back from the Gray, this is Oronis’ wish. I am concentrating on detecting any incoming dangers for now. If need be I can do that for 8 hours but then I will not be able to Teleport out. Can any of you use a power to do so in case of emergency?”

Quila gets a mental ping from Akos around eleven in the evening.
<"We're going to need healers and space set up for wounded immediately. Is Nirik's outskirts safe for transport?">
At this moment, the host in the Oculus turns to the south - or rear of the Seed. The image readjusts to show the outside view.
Bright orange and yellow flashes in the distant dark and large shadowy things block light from the twin moons.

- "I can open a Dimensional Door or Teleport but rather prefer the first, I feel more confident, as I don't use the second as much" - replying at Quila.
Eslyk coughed somehow loudly, as if her throat was digging the deeps of her stomach. The Halfling was ready to spat a gob of spit in a corner but, she thought it twice as this was a creation of her ancestors. She swallowed with a disgust in her face - "Yuk!"

Chat'cho settles down, supposing she may as well bed down and re-memorize spells to keep reviving. "I can cast another Dimmensional Xholding s*ell ixh we should need to esca*e quickly."

Bright orange and yellow flashes in the distant dark and large shadowy things block light from the twin moons. <“We are split up. I am in the Seed, Ande is in Nirik. I will let her know she has incoming. I presume the kreen have upped their guard with all things going on here recently but we’ll make sure they know it’s friendlies. Want me there to heal as well, or stay at the Seed? Who are you engaging?”> Quila turns to her present companions and tells them some forces of Kurn have been in battle to the South and have wounded. ”They are going to Nirik. I need to signal Ande.”Quila then starts concentrating to ping Ande. <“Ande, Akos just contacted me. They have been engaging forces to the South. Lances involved. I presume incognito but it must have been against Graytch. Anyhow, let the kreen know they are porting in wounded to the outskirts of Nirik and need healing and a space setup to treat wounded.”>

The brown elf replies. <"Perfect. Stay within the Messenger unless it becomes dangerous to do so. As long as the rest of your group is able to hold at Nirik and provide support, make it so. If you have the ability to watch the battle, we have engaged Graytch and what seems to be a small army of undead warriors south of you. Oronis is currently using an illusionary proxy - do not be confused.">

Quila zooms in with her Clairvoyance to the South to get a glimpse of the battlefield. She will try to get a good view of the main agitator Graytch and any lieutenants and/or their outstanding specific symbols (plus any items like jewelry, staves, anything that could function as a good recognizable item to later use for the Sight.)

Quila sees the field open up before her third eye. Lights of pure magic, flashes of lightning and balls of crimson fire erupt in a line towards a virtual army of skeletal horrors. The numbers are unclear, but you've never seen such a mass of undeath. Even Coden and Hurk would find this to be larger than those they'd encountered in the dead ruins of Bodach.
Some ride equally bony mounts of some sort of creature you can't recognize. Tattered pennons flutter amid rusted spears, broken blades and tetanus-threatening arrows. Some armor is worn, more grafted to corpse than retaining any true function of protection.
Two large, more half giant-sized foes meet in the middle. Both carry ancient dark staves that radiate power and malevolence, the one facing you and leading the dead host wears rings and necklaces befitting royalty including a jagged iron crown. They look like bipedal, black scaled drakes, sans wings.
Backs turned from the Messenger, the Black Lances are seen supporting the similarly facing draconic leader (the one without a crown). The elite unit seems to have taken a solid first blow in whatever charge you've missed, and is regrouping for what you believe is a second pass. War chariots are seen flying the Kurnish colors. Horns are blasted (you assume, as you can't hear such things... you can see them held to lip) in quick succession. Flying bird templars also form support, perhaps three dozen hoist javelin and rain down their own dweomers, templar magics or psionic attacks upon the vile host.
To the north, a wormhole is seen, with a group of crodlu riders bringing wounded to what you can assume is Nirik and hopefully to the rest of your friends.
The ground beneath the melee is absent of the tall grasses that were here but yesterday. Ashes remain in their place.

- Eslyk nods at Quila's words, seeing her involuntary reaction, if any, as she focuses in her long sight vision

Quila looks intently following any and all changes in the ebb-and-flow and balance of forces. Does she see any obvious lieutenants or generals on the side of Graytch directing troops? Do the troops look mindless or decidedly all having a mind of their own?
She will cast a Detect Magic and see whether that function works through her use of the Sight (OOC: I asked about this in the chat but that question got swamped over by other things most likely, so putting it out here for GM adjudication).
Quila tries to remember from her education about any and all banners in use during the Green Age/Time of Magic, trying to discern the likely source of the undead armies. She knows they are from the far south but doesn’t necessarily mean they originated there. They might have just perished in the South while they have come from Giustenal, Waverly, Ebe, or even other currently no longer existing cities.
Aside from all that she pings to Ande <“Ande, there is serious combat to the south with huge patches of grasslands having fallen to defiling magic. I see scores of undead cavalry and infantry. I don’t recall ever having seen that many, not even when I was in Celik all those years ago.”>

- Looking at both, tries to ponder the severity of what happens by the gesturing of Quila's face every once and then, as she mainly focuses in what could be seen through the window
