The shadowy elf finds that the library does not so much have a planar wing, just writings that reference the elemental abodes and spaces in between. He becomes a common sight here, perusing tomes, scrolls and tablets. Concerning efreeti commonality in the Tablelands, it is said that one of the most frequented gates to access the realm of flame and it's fabled City of Brass lies within the ruins of Giustenal. While not close, it is the one where Liandrin has likely accessed in the past as it said to lead directly to the capital of the fire djinn. While other portals to this realm exist, exactly where in the near infinite domain of fire they lead is unknown... at least to this library.
He crosses paths with Quila and Eslyk often and can communicate what he's discovered with them.
Within the armory, he is able to requisition an amulet said to protection one's person from fire & heat and a scroll containing the 5th Circle evocation, Keltis' Cone of Coldness. The heavy amulet is worked from brass & copper and inlaid with thick stamped runic wards; you hope this is strong enough to help defend against the possible incendiary adventures awaiting you in the future.
