Psionicists require nothing more than time and concentration to unlock the secrets of their minds. Despite this, psionic research is still very difficult. A character must be wholly committed to the study of his mind to have any chance of success.
Time
The first requirement is time. Each of the various meditations has a basic time requirement, which may be shortened or lengthened by the psionicist's abilities and dedication. The following guidelines apply to any psionic research:
Any interruption of more than 1 day forces the psionicist to start over.
Each failed progress check adds 10 days to the time of meditation.
If the psionicist is interrupted for any reason on two consecutive days, he must start over.
Interruptions do not include routine activities such as eating, sleeping, or brief conversations. However, any kind of combat, important meeting, or confrontation would be an interruption. For example, if a templar patrol comes to the character's home and interrogates him, it is an interruption. A single templar having a conversation with the character is not.
Progress Checks
Every 10 days, the meditating character must make a progress check to see if she is still on the right track. This is treated as a saving throw versus spells. The psionicist's +2 bonus versus mind-affecting spells does not apply to this saving throw. However. a character may add ability modifiers for high Wisdom, Constitution, or Intelligence scores.
See page 57 in The Will and the Way for the Ability Score Modifiers to Progress Checks Table.
The character may also gain bonuses to his progress check saving throw for any of the following:
+2 bonus if the character has any of the following nonweapon proficiencies: meditative focus. power manipulation, psionic lore, or rejuvenation.
+2 bonus if the character is instructed by another psionicist who has developed the power the character is studying. -2 penalty if the character has suffered an interruption during the time of the check.
Any bonuses to the progress check are cumulative. If a character fails a progress check, she must add 10 days to the time of meditation in effect, she found a dead end and must restudy that portion of her research. If a character fails three consecutive progress checks, she has found the effect she is seeking to be beyond her skills and must wait until she has gained a level until she can try to study that particular effect again.
If the psionicist rolls the exact number required for the progress check (after adjustments) she has an inspiration and cuts 10 days from the meditation time.
A safe location either in the wild or in a monastery environ must be located.

Ande gets a +8 total (+2 each from Constitution, Intelligence and Wisdom, +2 Power Manipulation); +11 if Call Upon Faith is applicable
Roll #1: 14 on the die; modified 22 (or 25) Roll #2: 12 on the die; modified 20 (or 23) Roll #3: 20 on the die; modified 28 (or 31) Roll #4: 2 on the die; modified 10 (or 13) FAIL if Call Upon Faith is inapplicable Roll #5: 4 on the die; modified 12 (or 15) Crit Success if Call Upon Faith is inapplicable Roll #6: 2 on the die; modified 10 (or 13) FAIL if Call Upon Faith is inapplicable Roll #7: 10 on the die; modified 18 (or 21)
I think I rolled one too many times but if I didn't, the last roll was Roll #8: 4 on the die; modified 12 (or 15) Crit Success if Call Upon Faith is inapplicable
If Call Upon Faith is applicable, she succeeded in 50 days, otherwise (if I read correctly) it takes her 80 days to achieve the required days of successful meditation
It isn't Ande's intention to extend the time for others, if she requires more than 50 days, I will swap.
It also wouldn't be Ande's intention to perch idly by while others smacked Liandrin for her, so any swap would be short term in the scope of the current situation. Once the Liandrin situation is solved, Ande might spend a year or more in meditation.

For the Psychic Surgery has Eslyk to do this rolls too? Which is the base stat you roll to apply these modifiers and rolls under this final score?
If I have to, Eslyk has +2 per Rejuvenation +2 per Wis 17

Quila gets a +9 total (+0 from Constitution, +2 from Intelligence and +5 from Wisdom, +2 Power Manipulation); +12 if Call Upon Faith is applicable
Roll #1: 17 on the die; modified 26 (or 29) Roll #2: 19 on the die; modified 28 (or 31) Roll #3: 4 on the die; modified 13 (or 16) Roll #4: 7 on the die; modified 16 (or 19) Roll #5: 5 on the die; modified 14 (or 17)
Whether Call Upon Faith is applicable or not, Quila would succeed in improving her psionic score in Wisdom in 50 days.
However if I'm misreading or misinterpreting and I somehow don't make it in 50 days: It isn't Quila's intention to extend the time for others, if she requires more than 50 days, I will swap to a tree character.

Call upon faith is fine. Sofia all the abilities add bonuses to the base roll. And you can also utilize the same benefits as the others rolling.

Eslyk gets a +4 total (+0 from Constitution, +0 from Intelligence and +2 from Wisdom, +2 Rejuvenation); +3 from Call Upon Faith Corrected as Jesse commented before; +3 from race. From the S. Throw vs Spell rolls:
Roll #1: 2 on the die; modified 9 >> Failure Roll #2: 18 on the die; modified 37 Roll #3: 16 on the die; modified 26 Roll #4: 11 on the die; modified 21 Roll #5: 1 on the die; modified 11 >> Failure Roll #6: 1 on the die; modified 11 >> Failure
Roll #7: 14 on the die; modified 24
Roll #8: 17 on the die; modified 27
Unless I'm mistaken, I succeeded the rolls [S. Throw is 13] within 110 days

Call Upon Faith is a +3 bonus for one round. Not sure where people are getting +11/+12.

Target: 20 rolls for 200 days meditating on the High Science: Elemental Composition HurK gets a +8 total (+6 from Constitution, Intelligence and Wisdom, +2 for one Psionic skill)
Target saving throw versus spells roll: ≥ 12. With the +8 Modifier, rolls of 1-3 fail. (+10 days) Crit Success is a roll of 4 (-10 days)
Roll #1: 1 (fail: +10 days) Roll #2: 19 Roll #3: 18 Roll #4: 9 Roll #5: 3 (fail: +10 days) Roll #6: 1 (fail: +10 days) Roll #7: 10 Roll #8: 9 Roll #9: 8 Roll #10: 9 Roll #11: 16 Roll #12: 9 Roll #13: 20 Roll #14: 20 Roll #15: 18 Roll #16: 15 Roll #17: 17 Roll #18: 4 (crit: -10 days) Roll #19: 14 Roll #20: 9 Roll #21: 10 Roll #22: 7
Result: HurK comes out of his mediations after 220 days with the understanding of how to use his High Science: Elemental Composition upon reaching 10th level

Call Upon Faith is a +3 bonus for one round. Not sure where people are getting +11/+12. The +3 bonus of CUF added to the other bonuses, then you get to +11/+12 maybe.
In Quila's case it doesn't even matter if I get the extra +3 or not. All rolls were good enough by themselves with the other qualifying bonuses.

As the calendar stands, Eslyk will be ready on Macro the 10th of the same year of Priest's Defiance and Hurk will be ready on Octavus the 5th of the same year as well.

Those are the 4th and 8th months respectively, right? The 5th of Octavus is the 220th day of the year. The 10th of Macro is the 100th day of the year.
That means the rest would get done by the 70th day of the year (30 days earlier as Eslyk who seems to take 3 weeks longer through 3 failed rolls) which is the 10th of Fortuary. Is that the case? Can't see a date posting for the rest of us (but it might be in another thread and I've missed it).

It is Ande's intention to sequester herself for another 50 day period of meditation (her second), this time focusing on increasing her Wisdom.
EDIT: If the restriction on increasing stats by meditation is frequency based rather than capacity based? Then Ande's intention swaps to: sequester herself for an 80 day period of meditation focused on improving Wormhole (Decreasing Initial and Maintenance Cost by 25% each)
Ande gets a +12 total (+3 from Call Upon Faith, +3 from Intelligence, +2 each from Constitution, Power Manipulation & Wisdom).
Roll #1: 11 on the die; modified 23 Roll #2: 14 on the die; modified 26 Roll #3: 10 on the die; modified 22 Roll #4: 12 on the die; modified 24 Roll #5: 7 on the die; modified 19
(If needed: Roll #6: 5 on the die; modified 17 Roll #7: 13 on the die; modified 25 Roll #8: 10 on the die; modified 22)
Withdrawing 630gp in total (220 in Sedulous, 410 in Fortuary), devoting half of that (315gp) to funding the "Crimson Savannah Livestock Seeding Program" (sourcing and transporting mated pairs of various livestock to their new home). Taking roughly half of what is left (call it 150gp) and using it to hire clairsentients and diviners to accumulate everything they can about maximizing Chat'cho's success in finding a mate. In Ande's mind this is imperative to the success of our diplomatic mission in the Kreen Empire.
Of the 165gp left, 100gp is a downpayment on commissioning an upgrade to her Superior Longbow so that it can fire itself. IDK how much she'd need to dump into the idea but the overall goal is that it would hang in space at a set distance from Ande and orbit her body (like an ioun stone orbits a head). If it noticed a hostile in range, it'd take it's shots unless Ande directed otherwise. How much to imbue the Superior Longbow with Tethered Autonomy?
20gp of the last 65gp left goes to Chat'cho directly, the remaining 45gp go restarting Ande's horde 'o shiny.
Ande's Longterm Meditation Plans follow
Decreasing PSP Costs
Dimensional Screen: Decrease Initial PSP cost by 50%
Dimension Walk: Decrease Initial and Maintenance Cost by 25%
Pocket Dimension: Decrease Initial PSP cost by 50%
Spatial Distortion: Decrease Initial and Maintenance Cost by 25%
Summon Planar Creatures: Decrease Initial PSP cost by 50%
Teleport: Decrease Initial PSP cost by 50%
Teleport Trigger: Decrease Maintenance Cost by 50%. Increase Maintenance Interval to Daily.
Wormhole: Decrease Initial and Maintenance Cost by 25%
Increasing AoE/Range
Dimensional Door: Increase Travel Range by 100%
Dimension Walk: Increase Travel Range by 100%
Spatial Distortion: Increase Base AoE by 100%
Teleport: Increase Base AoE to "Ande + Everyone welcome, willing and within 10' of Ande". Increase Travel Ranges by 100%
Wormhole: Increase Range to "Line of Sight". Increase Travel Ranges by 100%
Increasing Effects of Power
Blink: Ande has complete control over facing and placement. Instigates movement in three dimensions rather than just a 2D plane
Dimensional Door: Ande & Allies run no risk of disorientation. Hostiles run risk of head trauma just from passing through
Dimensional Screen: Add Lenticular effect to the Screen, adding a physical displacement/invisibility toggle to the power’s base effect.
Dimension Walk: Decrease Navigation Check necessity to 1/hour (and then 1/day if possible).
Teleport Trigger: Conditions trigger regardless of Ande’s awareness. Prepay Teleport Costs so it isn’t dependent on PSP total at the instance of trigger.
**Completed Stat Raises for purposes of Psionics** +1 Intelligence
Next Targeted Stat: Wisdom
Queued behind that: Constitution and then Wisdom again
