Coden lets out a brief sigh as he ceases his concentration on his otherworldly senses.
"I can still sense magical potential in your weapons," he reassures the team. "It simply seems to be... suppressed for the time being. Perhaps later when we have some time, I can see if I can transmute the sands into some other substance to remove it more thoroughly."

Reading the title and subtitle Quila definitely has a moment where she starts connecting some dots from the last months, and she looks at Coden and Niachi specifically when she says: "That's something Myron might have written himself. Again, a mention of not a warbringer, but the Warbringer. Didn't he work or listen to this Rajaat an ancient sorcerer himself? Isn't Rajaat simply the same as this titular Warbringer, that it's an alias or callsign to refer to him without having to speak his name."
She pauses, putting a finger questioningly to her lips, then continues, "and also again referring to his powers of compulsion or charm, just like the Messenger mentioned. But if a person like Myron would listen to him, or even follow him, and be responsible for cleansing a race off of the face of Athas, what more horrible things is that sorcerer responsible for? And if Myron didn't finish the job, but this Manu did, who Coden assumes might even be Hamanu, what can of worms does that open? If one of the current rules of a City-State is involved in the Cleansing, what role, if any, have the other rulers played?"
Looking around as if suddenly realizing where she is, she adds "We must take this with us, as well as the vials, and get out through another way as we came. Or make sure to cover all magical items. What more have you found Chat'cho?"

"Though it's sometimes considered propaganda, it's considered an article of history that the sorcerer-monarchs are immortal," says Coden in response to Quila. "If that's true, they could very well have seen earlier ages about which we know little."

Chat'cho tries walking down the secret passageway, in case that makes any difference whatsoever. Even if it doesn't, she's curious to see where it goes.

Since Chat is now further from Quila and at the opposite end of the hall, she now turns and enters the secret passage and down the stairs. The dust is disturbed where Niachi looked briefly before... it looks like an empty hall that dead ends, but that in itself is highly suspect.

Chat'cho ambles down the hallway in a rather carefree sense.
"Doo doo-doo doo doo doo, doo-doo-doo..."
She gives the 'dead end' a good, hard shove when she reaches it.

Niachi closes the book with a worried look.
"Stating the obvious but this will be highly valuable to Oronis and the library. Who can best keep it hidden from detections? Same with the vials. I vote for dividing them up so we all have one. Less chance of them getting all negated from our options at once?"
He sweeps the room again with Wizard Sight:
"Dammit Chat'Cho! Where are you?"
<ping Ka-Rawk: Find the kreen, tell me where she is and stay with her!>

"Uh, guys, where did our kid, erm kreen, run off to now? She was literally just here a moment ago." Quila throws up her hands in frustration about the seemingly erratic behavior of the druid ever since she hung out and smooched so much with Ande all those weeks and used the gift of Oronis. Then to 'Muiko she says, "Let me safeguard this volume and we will read this at the library together, yes?" She then pockets the volume into her pack. She will also close the lid of the chest containing the ampulae of fire protection. Looking at Atillius she asks, "Is it possible for you to carry this?"
As she hears Niachi speak as well, she looks confounded for a moment, then nods, "Dividing it up is a wise suggestion as well, although I thought that anything the dust didn't touch would keep working just fine. My armor hasn't been impacted at all since it's underneath my robes and cloak."

"Of course! I would never suggest that my portfolio would be a safer place for that tome than the hands of a Templar." 'Muiko states deferentially without muting the eyeroll.

"I'm morbidly curious about what drove people to such genocide in the first place. If they have as much power as they seem to have... why not use that power to make things better for everyone, instead of rampaging and killing whole populations?"

The dead end does nothing.
But at least it doesn't fight back.
The rest of the party seems to think there's nothing else to gain from further exploration here. Sad tembo face.

"My thanks Centurion."Attilius says with a relieved look. He'll stow his clean wooden axe in an interior pouch within his large pack should it turn invisible again. He'll take the small potion vial and put it in one of his bandolier pouches for quick access and safe from antimagic dust. He picks up his shield and gouge and heads to the doorway the sand beings came from and stand overwatch...

She starts thumping on the walls and floor of the hallway, looking for another hidden door.

'Muiko is 100% interested in finding everything possible here and would say as much, stating "We should see what all else we can find here before we leave!"
