The Son of Kri-kcht has a few concerns as he eyes the odd, ancient rock.

[In Kreen:] "Will we need to rest here? At the very least we should eat?"

He fumbles the chain about his neck as he looks at the dead snakes.

Niachi translates the speakers so they understand eachother.  He points to the newly found jewelry.

Attilius looks about the red stone. "No fire pit. How're we supposed to touch the fire while dancin'?"

'Muiko's frivolity triggers no changes. He does look as pretty as a dancing elf though.

Skrye does indeed see a symbol shaped like a flame, in fact multiple such petroglyphs. They ring the rock in a fluctuating pattern about a halfling's pace apart from each other.

Other symbols include oddly shaped leaves - much in the same occurrence and positioning...

As well as the occasional graffiti like, "Shom sucks betel nuts," and "Elves give the best [redacted]."

Attilius leans down and squints at the symbol then nods.
"Good catch Skrye. We doin' this now or taking a break?"

Don't forget the regeneration from the bracelet.

Niachi chuckles at the slurs on his heritage:

To the half-giant, more serious tone:

"Before anything else, back to enchanting your gouge, or any other murderthing you carry. Even the shield with that rush attack. The casting takes same time you need to land 5 gouge hits. But I will be unavailable during that time.

If you want this done now, let's do it. Otherwise, we know they are watching us, might as well try to get this portal going... Scrye, you live up to your name. What more can you see? What do we all think might do? I'll dance in fire if that works."

He hops down to the ground and boings over to get another look at the symbols and how they might share their secrets of the Other Places:
