OK, sent you an invite. You can make 2 characters (most of the players have 2), with the expectation that one will be at Sand March while the other is abroad. If you really want you can go wild and make a full character tree, or just make one character and hope that you don't get killed without a replacement!

Ceruleans always turn evil, which is a no-no, sorry. Also the cerulean storm doesn't form until Free Year 10, so it's still a ways off.
