Yiska states, "Unless you have a use for those - I'd dispose of them." Looking at the dead elf, she states with disgust, "That's a silt stalker. Look at his braids. You see this Haske? They're still in our city." He walks over and confirms. darksunsouthtablelands.obsidianportal.com/items/silk-of-the-dream-spiderUpon taking up the jasper dirk, he (Hurk) feels a calm. The datchi club? It seems very well constructed. The sharp bits are different types of rock. Not one is the same. Both are most likely magical, and thus inferior to psionics, of course. The gythka sits alone, untouched.

"It's too bad we can't hide them in a Tsalaxa warehouse..." she says while placing the 2 weapons back. He'll try and swing the kreen weapon as well.

The gythka is light, well-balanced and just not enough to keep your mind off of the fact that these spoils are directly responsible for Haadan's death.

HurK sets it back down with the other weapons. He'll grab all the eggs, change into a massive eagle, and fly the eggs over to the rocks on shore.
He'll lift a large boulder, suspended by other rocks and place the eggs within the nook. He'll then place the eggs within and place the boulder back over them to hide and protect them. He'll return to the ship and drop his metamorphosis power.
"Where to now?"

Coden shakes his head and says, "I don't know. Haadan was really driving a lot of this. We need to find an appropriate resting place for his remains, or cremate them, and then figure out our next move. Still trading in Nibenay, I think?"

Before slumping off to sleep, Laakh selects the dagger, flips it hand to hand, examining the blade, testing it on his thumb. "Who else would use this? I would just hurt myself with the others."
To Yiska and Haske, he points to the dead elf: "Any way to tell if he's someone who will be missed? Tattoos etc.? He goes to the silt. What rites would you need doing? And is that webbing useful? Looks nice, maybe keep it." To Hurk: "Thanks for disposing of those eggs. Ugh. May they rot in the sun."
To Coden: We do what we can to keep Master Haddan's form and spirit intact. Then back to Stone City, do the proper thing. I could put the word out to the local dwarf concerns, get him done up right. Get word back to his people. Then (yawning) find a base of ops, eat some decent food for a change...find my kank guy... kill some bugs... Wake me for my watch." And melts onto his bed roll completely done with this beast of a day.

To Hurk: "Thanks for disposing of those eggs. Ugh. May they rot in the sun." HurK nods to his thanks "Use the dagger but we need to uncover their qualities to see who best fits their uses..." "...Still trading in Nibenay, I think?" Hurk replies while looking at the weapons "Then let's do this: we rest until we've regained our mental strength, then we port back onto the top of that building we landed on. Myself and Khuv will then phase and scout the area where the eggs and blocked staircase is. If we see anything we come back and get the group. If nothing is found we move to a safe inn and then the traders of the group can meet up with their contacts to gauge interest in a large kank purchase After we port back here again..." Hurk stops and stares off in the distance of Nibenay "ORRRRRRRRrrrrrrr we get on my back again and go looking for that meteorite. Sages say they bring the most incredible iron from the heavens... 'STARMETAL!'" He says while raising his eyebrows up and down quickly.

"Are we abandoning the kank-purchasing plan because Haadan is no longer with us?" says Coden. "To be frank, since I wasn't with you when you all cooked it up, I was never entirely clear of the entire reasoning behind it."

"He was a trader and wanted to make money... trading. I have no skills, or desire in such things. If no one else wants to pursue that kank madness, I'd prefer to be looking for starmetal."

"Well, I'm amenable to a change of plans, as long as we discuss it with the whole team and decide on a new course of action," says Coden very Lawful Goodly.

When woken for his watch, regaining 3 hours of PSPs, Laakh says "We stick to the bug plan. A venerable psion master is counting on us and the longer we delay, the longer they spread their slimy influence. We are waiting for Shardivan to contact us, was that the plan? We can chase sky rocks later." He recovers +36 PSPs for his watch.

If everyone sides with sooner, then I say we port back to the spiders lair, search it out then return back here and make for Ledo island. I have a bad feeling about those three Roc riders..."

To Laahk: Yiska simply shakes her head at the psion. Motioning to her brother, they move and heave the dead elf into the night dark silt.
"Life is cheap. I suggest we do the same to Haadan unless you have means to keep him from rot."
OOC: I threw up a quick list of the more prevalent hooks if you want something to reference in this discussion.
Oh, also remember that the helm needs to still be operated by a psion. So that leaves Coden or Laahk - or a shrunken Hurk.

"The psurlons do strike me as a serious threat," says Coden. "In the meantime I can probably assist with helming the ship."
