Yiska states somewhat frantically, "We need some time to regain your powers, correct? Perhaps if we hide under the spider silk they might not be able to scry on us easily? It seems like they're making a straight line for the Hill or hopefully not us...?"

Laakh and Rizla pop to the roof, see the others, Laakh drops to remain unseen. He cranes his neck to see what Hurk is reading on the tablets.
He hears the market below gone quiet. Lies prone silent. Remembering what cilops can do, he shuts off all psion activity and makes hand signals for others to do same:
hand to his temple, and 'cut' motions.

He insists they cover up the tablets and Hurk's pack before anything else

"YISKA! BRILLIANT!" HurK starts pulling all the webbing out that she and he collected earlier in the morning. He will help her cover his pack first then Rizla, Laahk then everyone else...

You hear the commotion below. Khuv attempts to meditate as you hide a top the stone building in the day's heat.
There are barked commands from the ground. Some slammed doors. Sounds of search. And definitely ruckus from the cellar area.
Snippets of conversation can occasionally be heard.
"...had a 'porter! Who knows wh..."
"the Shadow King is very concerned. Scry for the unliving..."
"LIFT ROCK? OK. YOU, GIMME HAND. DOWN THERE."
"I think I recognized one of 'em. Nisha w..."

They do not seem to disperse right away. Twenty minutes pass.
There are other snippets of conversation. The tone is anxious. Worries of the Shadow King himself coming to visit the site are expressed...

"DHOJAKT IS HERE." Booms a goliath's voice. "DEFER TO THE SON OF NIBENAY."
A sibilant, yet focused voice replies. "S-s-something s-stole Father's ward. He s-says that he cannot locate that which was s-stolen. Place the army on high alert. S-seal the S-city. Bring me Nis-sha, Wife of the Gates. I will be at the Naggaramakam - calming Father. Jeryl, Deminue. You need not worry, it is-s understood the thieves had planned this-s heist... had you not been chasing the escapee, we would not have known thi-ss was-s occurring. Walk proud and without fear of retribution."
There is a mass exultation, perhaps the returning grunt of acceptance to a salute or gesture.
There is still sounds of work being done post Dhojakt's speech.

Has Laakh recognized any of these names aside from Nisha, his enemy who
Would have him imprisoned or worse upon sight or knowledge of his return to Nibenay.
I did mention upthread he had his dust mask covering his face from the sewer smell, but there are many ways to recognize a person.
Staying silent, listening.
To anyone nearby, he motions for their attention and draws outline of a psurlon in the roof dust attacking Nibenay. Draws the PCs taking the urns to fight psurlons.

Dhojakt is known to Laahk and Rizla - as well as Yiska and anyone who has called the Stone City home.
Rizla would know of the two templars, more by name than sight. Your guess is they are probably more connected to waste removal or the like.
The names in the actual stone tablets are alien to all... shadow wives, as a term, is interesting as that's what Nibenay's templars are called on occasion. Gallard is not a name you've heard before.
