The giant B’rohg sprints towards Dhojakt. Dhojakt retreats from the smoke and his second (the templaress) takes his place as he begins to chant and draw power from the earth... As HurK sees him chanting, he focuses his sight on Dhojakt's mouth… [Control Sound 14, rolled 10 = success; -5 PsP’s] HurK makes the vibrational sounds emanating from Dhojakt’s vocal chords turn into a confident commanding yell not unlike several moments prior and also ruining his verbal component and spell (hopefully, that's the plan anyway.) “TEMPLAR, DO NOT ATTACK OR INTERFERE! THIS IS BETWEEN THEM AND I NOW!”
[Initiative: 3 -42 PsP's -36 HP +4/25% to one non-psionic activation roll prayer spell (+1 attack, damage and saves)]

(I don't understand if HurK is telling the templar not to attack, or telling us not to attack the templar.)

(I don't understand if HurK is telling the templar not to attack, or telling us not to attack the templar.) Jesse, HurK is altering the sound frequencies emanating from Dhojakt to yell out and sound like “TEMPLAR, DO NOT ATTACK OR INTERFERE! THIS IS BETWEEN THEM AND I NOW!” the idea is two fold: 1) it ruins Dhojakt's upcoming spell 2) The templar is in a smoke cloud and won't be able to see Dhojakt's facial reaction as his command booms across the sands. So hopefully she listens and adheres to her masters command.

Mak continues moving perpendicular to the enemies, circling them to the left/south. As Kem rushed into melee, Mak enchants her shoes with a silence spell that radiates to 15' in all directions. Mak then calls out several quick chirps and a loud screech.
((Init roll 7, +5 for spell casting time = 12. Mak casts Silence, 15' Radius [Lv.2 PHB] on Kem's footgear. 16 rnd duration. Mak tells his Pterrax to 'go cat' and attack.))
Pterrax manifests Animal Affinity (Kirre - attacks), growing horns, additional clawed legs and a stinger on it's tail and directly assaults the Dhojakt.

I roll against that number. Not necessarily a fail. Need the next rounds intent and rolls though.

- Kem hears the Son of Nibenay's command - 'You won't risk your deity's wrath, but I'll return back to you...' - She thinks and leaves the templaress to attack Dhojakt from one flank with the Datchi.
[OOC: Keep the previous rolled initiative of 3, posted in page 2, I rolled now a 4 as attack...]

Pallia sticks to HurK and does her best to heal him from the lightning in preparation for his upcoming fight.
(Initiative 5 + casting time 5 = 10) (Cure moderate wounds: Healed 2 [rolled 1])

Round 2:
Laahk manages to lash out mentally, showing cracks in the tower of Dhojakt's defenses. (2 tangents. 1 more and you're in. Still roll twice next round please, Alex.)
The templaress is confused and then silenced. Given the pose she gave? There's a solid chance she tried using Nibenay's favor and failed.
The magic missile... while they never miss... fizzles as it strikes at the massive man-beast.
Kri-kcht actually gets through the smoke and strikes at Dhojakt with his enchanted gythka. He hits. He is *sure* of it. But it simply does not cut through whatever magicked defenses the defiler son of Nibenay has worked. Yiska coughs as she fails to hit the templaress.
And that's when the magical workings of the dread son come to head. A column of rich, purple-red & orange flame tears from the heavens directed at Hurk. Sounds of little centipede feet are heard once more.
And that's when the pennon, the banner of Bodach carried by Pallia, absorbs the brunt of the attack. She is aware that this is a very powerful prayer or dweomer... well beyond her abilities to call into existence. (5th level cleric spell. Absorbed by the item. Marked.)
He looks astonished. But is soon refocused as he wards off Laahk's continued attacks on his psyche.
Carrying onto round 3...

Mak grins as Pallia's use of the Banner negates the defiler's magic. With great circular waves of his arms, he shapes the smoke he summoned into a large humanoid form that immediately flies into Dhojakt actively using it's form to suffocate him. "You'll pay for defiling the land, abomination!" With a loud reptilian shriek he directs the Pterrax to attack Dhojakt, which it does with all the extra claws, horns and stinger it grew last round.
((Mak casts Smoke Ghost [Lv.4 Priest Spell Compendium], which then flies 150' into Dhojakt. Save v Breath weapon or be enveloped. Even if the save is successful, casting any spell with a casting time of greater than 1 forces the target into a coughing fit that makes them unable to take offensive action the following round. Mak will continue concentration on the smoke ghost until it knocks Dhojakt unconscious or Mak casts another spell.
Pterrax will full attack on Dhojakt using the Kirre's attacks. Assumes benefit of the Prayer Spell. Attacks: AC -2, miss, AC 0, AC 8, AC -4, AC 9, AC 8. Bob, let me know if any hit and I can roll the damage.))

Map? Laakh keeps himself within 10 feet of Pallia and sends his mind pouring in through splinters in the tower. This will be his last Phased round.
unmodified rolls Initiative: 8, Id Insinuation: 10 and natural 1.

- Kem focuses all her attention in Drojakt. No sounds of battle, but a target ahead, moving a little around it, using the mist as a cover to unpredict her, so far, missed attempts
[OOC: Initiative (6+3=9), Attack (rolled a natural 1), I declared I applied adhesive oil on page 2, but now tell me if any other effects happen as if could not slip from my wrapped hand.]
