It does not seem to be religious in nature. However, the fact that there are drakes? An elementalist might find them interesting enough to set up in a makeshift shrine to their respective element. The ugly lanky things don't look like anything worth worshipping either. The detail is enough that they could be to scale - or were things the maker had either seen or imagined vividly.

HurK closes her eyes and attempts to see future vibrational patterns of the room... [Probability Manipulation 16, rolled 16 = power score (She can manipulate chance on three die rolls within the next turn. -19 PsP's]
She places her light orb in-between her canines as she readies the war staff then cautiously walks forward towards the bipedal daemonic bat thing. Once within 6', she'll quickly grab it by it's throat so that it can't bite should it suddenly animate.

Kleys will check the doors, tapestries and statues/pedestals for traps (in whatever order they are placed in), going clockwise around the room from the door we entered through. (6 doors, 10 pedestals each in front of a tapestry - that should be 26 rolls.)

Hurk does manage to grab the non-magical statue...

Mak slaps a weird looking thing on the goliath as the little thing struggles. Perhaps, if they find big magics to restore the half giantess in the future, the venom will be removed so (s)he doesn't simply pass again.
Intentions? The little bugger might be able to free itself eventually.
