Meanhile the rest of the Scooby Doo gang is seeking a downstairs. Laakh informs them of this new goliath at their door. He will also spend downtime loading up the psi storage amulet until it is at max capacity, and Rejuvenate when he can.

Mak turns and yells, mostly to the Pterrax "HOW MANY WIZARDS ARE INVOLVED IN OUR AFFAIRS?!?!?! DOES EVERY SORCERER KNOW OUR BUSINESS?!?!?! I SWEAR ON ATHAS HERSELF THAT I'M GOING TO PUNCH A WIZARD IN THE FACE SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!!!!"
Then back to the large man below him, "Fair enough, toss your rope up. Be warned, our little company doesn't take well to deceit and we have worse punishments than death at our disposal."

Mak just laughs as he places the rope around one of the stone crenellations, completely disregarding the threat.
Mak will bring the newcomer up to speed, give him a brief description of all of the others and a general idea of specialties.

Mak opens up the hatch and points to the stairs. "Let's go. We're down 1 man already and one of our crew got separated. We're going to clear rooms on the bottom level and find a way to get even lower into this tower."
Mak will bring Attilus to the others and make introductions.

There are two scenes. Ooo! Picture-in-picture! Top of the line scrying for sure. Anyone wearing spider's silk is a blur.
One shows a heavily armed goliath slowly scaling the tower. Mak is there, unafraid... as well as the pterrax and Hurkette's decaying corpse.
The other picture shows your friends warily looking about waiting for the halfling to return.
Aman laughs.
"Care to make a wager, mortal? How many of your troupe do you think will survive to join you here?"
