Shanav pushes back the hood of her cloak; on her brow she wears an elaborate silver circlet with a light blue stone in the front. It's quite ostentatious, as the metal value alone must be ridiculous.
"So what's next? Return to the silt sea and negotiations with the giants, or headed for other trade routes?"

I will attempt all the mindlinks tomorrow - as well as plant talk. Really enjoying the Shanav introduction, so keep it up as long as you don't decide to move from this locale.

Laakh offers his hand to Shanav, raising his eyebrow Spock-like at her royal jewelry.
"Friend of Kri is my friend. I'm Laakh. Let's make money on the flint trade. Is that uh, sapphire?"

"Turqoise, I think," she says as she takes Laakh's hand and shakes it firmly. "I know, it's gaudy, but it makes me smarter, so I wear it. Piece of treasure from the ancient world."

The muscled female half giant leans over and down as she stares at the jewelry "Smarter you say? Hmmmm... I'm HurK" She says offering a customary Balican greeting

Shanav shrugs. "Made by a wizard, designed to make one's head clearer and memory sharper. Believe me, though, if I could get away with concealing it, I would. It doesn't appear to have a 'look like a rope braid' power," she says to HurK. "Goes with the staff." She taps the ornate staff on the ground once more. "Also not my favorite, but it has its uses."
"Pleased to make your acquaintance, HurK." She gives the half-giantess an appraising glance. "You look a little under the weather."

- Kem turns around, and she looks to the elven woman - Welcome, I'm Kementiri, but everyone calls me Kem. I think I never been to Urik before but I heard a lot. I might visit it soon if the head of your house needs some extra hands, as I was in another type of entertainment.. - the red-haired woman looks to the manners that Shanav shows, but her own are more martial and fluid, not as elegant

"Thanks, Kem," says Shanav. "Urik isn't my favorite place, but having an influential patron does help. Of course, Lokee can use all the help that he can get—he's a halfling, not really used to city living and especially to politics in a city of soldiers. Pay's not great but the room and board are reliable. Also, there's some amount of protection from the usual persecution that most people get from the templars, as people are wary of crossing nobles who've amused the sorcerer-monarch."
