Enemy's Slumber, 6th of Dominary - Not quite as early morning
Current Locations: Kreen Empire, Nirik-Tohr - Outside a pair of melted domes
As you check on your animals and discuss the rest of the day's plans, you notice a collective drone, then clicks, then hums coming from the tohr community. It provides a quick beat, so to speak, a beat that the kreen fastidiously work to. At points, individual chatter is heard then responded to. Much like a strange insect rap or really demented Disney musical. The tohr are quick to grab water and douse/cool the remaining hot points. Some scatter dirt and dust. Others wrangle the resinous snails and immediately start rebuilding the domes as you watch.
There is a general cheer to it, not morbid, depressive or dirge-like... more the happiness of survival and the joy of having a different task to do. Breaking the monotony of day-to-day life.
The smell of the burnt amber resin reminds you of incense or sweet tar of the addict's den. It quickly replaces the burnt hair smell of Hurk, who is now vividly hairless, naked and very pink skinned.
You will never forget this morning, that's for certain.

PinK HurK puts his traveling robes back on and says angrily to Coden "That bitch burned the Tareks earth Datchi club, but what really pisses me off is that she destroyed the fancy white Toga you gave us years ago when we stayed at your villa..." Clearly the giant valued his friends high society gift as much as the lost magic weapon.
HurK then seeks out J'lact "Can I trade my psionic abilities for two large chatcha bandoliers that would fit me?" he asks holding up the blackened remains of his 2 previous ones.

- Eslyk will help the Tor-kreen to rebuild, if she's allowed, collecting some of that half burned resin, as it might be helpful at some point - 'Who knows' - She thinks as she shrugs her shoulders then coming back to Quila and Chat'cho, whispering - "Whichever your issues, smile and laugh after or just avoid them totally.. The comment previously given about ending HurK's suffering sounded to me as warm free meal.. They are hunters and if they see uneasiness between us, it might be the case to 'help' breaching that to weaken the unit of the group and end like they suggested at some point.." - then steps back and helps clearing up

Niachi, once he hears about her being an efreetess, would be able to contribute how little other denizens of the Plane of Flame enjoy the efreeti's dominance. They are said to keep slaves from this world, as the spider-kin he lived with used to whisper. How they survive the fires, he knows not.

As his strange pet grooms itself on his shoulder, Niachi contributes:
"This efreeti noble -bad luck among elves to speak a known name from the beyond- are tyrants in their realms, at the upper end of the pecking order. The ancient angry song of rulers and the ruled. The lesser fiends chafe at her chains. And her kind replenish their slaves from here (spreading his arms to indicate all of Athas.) I'll wager some form of minor fire protection keeps their prisoners in perpetual scorching agony..."

Ande will wait around patiently impatient for everyone to be ready to leave for the Messenger. She will offer assistance if there's things to be done so she wouldn't be in the way. On hearing the elaboration on Liandrin, Ande will file all of this info under the heading 'Liandrin' in her Memory Bottle.
If time allows, Ande grooms herself in an effort to straighten any of her feathers that may have gotten ruffled.

Coden pats HurK on the small of his back (gently) and says, "Fear not, we'll get you a fresh one once we're out of the thick of things. I'm just glad that you're still alive and the burning has stopped. Which is more than some soldiers in Urik can say, eh?"

Quila is antsy, like Ande, and stays mostly quiet as she helps out. After a while she will suggest, "Shall we go to the Messenger, then? Unless you would want to speak to the dead fire cleric or divine some more information about Liandrin, or more interestingly, as we were pawns to her in some for me as yet unseen plot involving the target of her revenge, a being called Graytch from the South."

Chat'cho's major concern before the party set out anywhere is how many of the group are injured--and whether or not they will let her help remedy that state of affairs.

There is little that will fit Hurk's girth as far as leather harnessing is concerned. They eventually find something that barely fits over his robes; tighter than a templar's bumhole.
In fact, the goliath looks much like a 10 pound sausage in a 5 pound casing, or a weird giant freshly shorn sex dwarf.
How will we be traveling to the Messenger this morning?

HurK politely thanks the Tohr involved.
When it's time to wormhole into the Seed, he will disrobe and fold up his gear nicely into his singed pack so that'll he can metamorph into a halfling again.

Chat'cho's major concern before the party set out anywhere is how many of the group are injured--and whether or not they will let her help remedy that state of affairs. Niachi, looking a bit scorched and more gaunt than usual, raises his hand to the druid: "After this morning's events, I am lightly wounded."
(fire damage: 2, failed save after end of Spirit Armor: HP 31/38.

Then let's get some wormhole rolls up there.
Into the ship or outside it?

Depending on how long we wait in between. Ande won't have enough PSP to go much more than 100 yards or so. We'd need to hoof it to there or wait a couple hours unless someone else is providing the Wormhole.
Wormhole rolled a 9 needing under an 18. PSP Cost dependant on where we leave from.
Ande would need 2 hours 20 minutes to have the PSP to open the 100 yard WH if she is sitting for that time, how long does it take to get to the Messenger from Nirik-Tohr by mount? Otherwise, Ande will need to sleep or wait until near evening to open a WH spanning the 20 miles (IIRC) between.
Wherever we choose to WH from, the exit will open inside the Messenger at a location Ande is familiar with but spotted by Quila. Unless the party collectively decides that we should exit outside the Messenger.
Either way, Ande will facilitate the choice of the party.

So get within eyesight of the Seed and 'hole in? If I can get a seconded motion I'll post after I pick up my kiddos.
