Chat'cho clicks her mandibles, the Kreen equivalent of smacking one's lips. She sweeps around, possibly knocking her abdomen into nearby peoples' legs as she searches for the source of the smell. If she can trace it back to the elf, Chat'cho would promptly push her face up against his hand in an attempt to investigate.

Chat'cho seems visibly impatient with the whole affair. If the thing's cursed, she would have rather just found out the hard way and cast Remove Curse on it.
