There is no reason why you cannot widely give the drake berth.

You have the options to:

- Walk to the right, where previous clairvoyance would have revealed the realm of the salamanders

- Skirt to the left, where you had not seen as much previously.

- Or fly or something that this poor DM has not thought of that players are so notorious of doing on occasion

As you begin to widely give the creature berth, you walk for perhaps three-ish minutes(?) before you begin hearing faint giggling noise behind you. Reminds you of hyenas.

Umbris notices that some of the flames behind you and to the left have a vaguely draconic shape to it. It seems somewhat transparent (or imagine the movie, Predator, where the alien blurs as it walks hardly detectable).

And then you hear louder snickers before you. The flames dim and then flare about you even more chaotically than before. The flame-kin shrink back to your party's left, you feel that you have possibly chosen poorly. You do not see the source of the forward noise at the moment.
