<<Bob, 2 questions: 1) does phasing affect my light marble's output? 2) Are the spiders in same phased mode I am in? If others cannot see it, it does not seem like it is 'Phased' but rather some other manifestation? And having observed them would I know if it is psionic ability or otherwise?
Laakh watches the noncorporeal injured spider watch him with curious, alert, yet soft eyes. He will maintain Phase for at least the next round.
He calls out in his steady clipped psy ops voice: "Khuv banished or something. Haadan bit. One spider blocking exit. I may be next target." He holds attacks & waits for both spiders' reactions to Huurka's action. Recalling a local children's story of a magnificent spider-spirit that weaves the world together, he addresses the room's occupants not too loudly, realizing the room looks very unstable: "By the Weaver, we wish no harm but you draw first bite. What say you?"

[They are ethereal. There's a bit in the phase power that states a botched phase results in getting slapped into the ethereal... and since they're phase spiders, it only seemed the proper that you'd be able to see 'em. They're doing something similar and would be consider phased, non-psionically in my game. Perhaps they more fully embrace the ethereal and you're on a slightly different "frequency". Your light overlaps with Hurk's, but let's say it reduces the brightness/efficacy by 50%.]
The one that looks at you, ignores you as Hurk threatens to crush the eggs, it looks like its gearing up to bite him. Perhaps you can distract it...? Or maybe warn the goliath.
The spider itself, even though human faced, does not seem to understand or regard your words.

Laakh quickly juggles options and decides staying phased and providing intel is best, and if things go bad he will reevaluate. "Attacking Hurk! They don't understand us! I'll look 360. "
All Round Vision: score 17, rolled 10. PSPs next round: 75 including maintaining Phase.

"Attacking Hurk! They don't understand us! I'll look 360." The massive giantess sneers "FUCK IT, KILL 'EM ALL!!!!" HurK haphazardly tosses the eggs back into the shallow tunnel with out a care while pulling her sword out of it's sheath. She focuses her inner nexus to a laser focus. Her intent to stun the nearest spider that comes into view with a crushing assault to it's superego... [Initiative 2 Id insinuation 17, rolled 14 = success, -5 PsP's. "If this power is used against a contacted mind, the target can do nothing for 1d4 rounds."]

Round 3:
You hear a scream. Not like a normal scream. Like a really, extremely violent scream. You imagine that the world above is aware. It comes from the stairway, where you can see bits of movement in the shadows. You hear laughter from a different voice beyond the scream.
The spider phases in as Hurk shouts...
...and luckily Laahk's warning has allowed him (HurK) to mentally strike first. It simply misses biting the goliath's neck by inches as it stops, stunned in it's tracks. Etzli, Yiska and Coden (if he wishes) strike out. You're pretty sure those attacks (even without Jesse's Coden) are enough to drop the beast.
Then you hear the words, sounds like Khuv, saying, "Oh shit! Err, HEEEELP!"

HurK sheaths her sword, grabs Haadan and the bundle under each arm while sprinting towards Khuv's words...

If the half giant calls for help, Laakh sprints at max speed while phased (MV 12) and through any stone impediment at 1/4 speed to the source of the scream. Otherwise, he maintains his 360 degree psychic observation and 50% illumination of the room while phased and ready to back up those around him.

Coden keeps his spear ready to strike out again, now that everything's going sideways.

You make it to see what Laahk saw before - that the other spider had blocked the stairway. It is not facing you though. It lunges up the stair and you hear laughter. Then the words, "Dammit! Missed! Any of you guys able to give me a hand! Haadan! Mind hurt it!" Haadan does not respond, obviously.
Coden's rear attack does land. As the others try to position, it disappears from sight. Laahk sees it move further up the stairs before he loses sight of it. Your guess is it's moving behind Khuv...

Still maintaining his combat mind, Coden waits for the spider to appear again. Having heard the exhortation that it has an open mind, he prepares a weighty telepathic blow - a psionic attack designed to overload its mind in one fatal strike.

Does Laahk wish to react?

Just so I have things clear:
Spider #1 has moved up the stairs behind Khuv's last known location. Hurk ran up stairs for his successful psi attack.
Spider #2 has been hit by Eztli, Yiska and Coden's rear attack and might be very injured. It phased out to appear up the stairs towards Hurk and Khuv. Both spiders out of my sight range in upstairs room with Khuv.
"Haadan! How bad is it?" How is he reacting to the venom?
If Haadan looks bad, Laakh gets the others attention for one PC to comfort the bitten dwarf (any healing proficiencies or skills? Laakh only has psionic Poison Sense if y'all think it will help) He will try Safe Path and jog up the stairs in Phase to help Khuv and Hurk. Uses 360 vision and uncovers the light marble 100% for max illumination for best possible recon of the entire room while he runs. If something appears he will stop and try a penalized psi attack, -4 to his attacks and -4 to psi attacks on him while Phased.
If Haadan's heroic CON shrugs off the venom, after his recon of the room is all clear, Laakh will help him to his feet and have everyone follow him up the stairs to assist Khuv and Hurk.
Safe Path: 19, fail. He tries to shrug off the evil in this place preventing him from his best combat preparation and Phases on. Cold sweat trickles from his brow and a dull thud of pain at his temples from repeated failing mental efforts. 67 PSPS.

Incorrect. The large one Hurk stunned is phased in and dying. The flavor of having Coden strike if needed was a play on his poor dex.
Haadan looks dead. The wounds are coagulated, like when a snake's venom thickens a victim's blood quickly causing cardiac arrest.
One spider remains. It shifted and began to pass to the top of the stairs... most likely to try and bite Khuv from behind. Due to blood on the stairway, there's a good chance Khuv managed to stab it at least once earlier that you weren't able to see - perhaps right after he teleported to the top of the stairs. In game terms, he used a backstab and succeeded. I only write this if Derick is currently reading or will read in the future.

Grasping Haadan's condition, Laakh calls to Yiska with her bag of 20 silvers: "Can you run for a healer?" Then contact to Khuv: <"Port back to me if you can, Haadan looks dead!"> He turns off Phase and pivots to crouch over Haadan. Still with All Round Vision, he places one hand under the dwarf's nose and the other gently on his chest, avoiding any obvious bite marks. Feels for breath and heartbeat, warmth of skin. Tries Contact with all his psyche, his posture supplicating, forehead veins popping out as he breaches through the layers of Black concealing the dwarf's mind If he could sacrifice PSPS or his own life points to find the tangent, he would: <"COME ON OLD SON, ARE YOU WITH US?">
