"Do you need a towel?" says Coden wryly as he brings HurK's clothes back to the giant. "HA! Thank you my friend." he grabs his clothes and gear to put them back on and re-tie his quick release knots. "You should've seen the insides of that thing! Can't wait to try to become one and experience the silt as IT did. A whole new world to discover, eh? Now, what happened with the new crew? I save Ibek's life then they think I'M the enemy?!" He asks looking around for them

Mak will look to Khuv, "Maybe we take 2 tentacles with us?" and motions for him to use his fancy knife. "I don't want to risk overloading the Pterrax with more than that."
He'll look to the sky and wave his mount down. Directing him away from the work on the tentacles, he'll let the Pterrax eat a meal from the creature's main body.
Once they are loaded up, they'll fly back to the strange vessel of elves on the Silt.

Once Mak is back on board, HurK asks quizzically "I noticed you wave your hand in a circle over the horror. What was that for?"

Once Mak is back on board, HurK asks quizzically "I noticed you wave your hand in a circle over the horror. What was that for?" Mak replies, "It's life was taken. I honor that loss. Had it bested you I would have waved my hand over your corpse as well. Life is precious, regardless of what form it takes." Motioning to the multiple tentacles that are piled on the deck, "Perhaps in it's death we may find sustenance or some value, a purposeless death is... shameful."

Hurk rubs his chin in thought then nods in agreement "A logical sentiment, nothing should ever go to waste. You sound like a druid we know..."
The half giant picks up a tentacle and study's the cut wound and it's inner muscular "My intent was to knock it out to study it. The horror was just doing what it knows with no malice, only hunger. Unfortunately i grew too much for it to handle. "

"Your method of study is... rather invasive? Maybe next time just try feeding it and observe it rather than attempting to pull it inside out?" the halfling makes a bit of a retching face before shaking off the memory of the massacred silt horror.

HurK bellows a deep heavy laugh from his gut "Do you happen to see any 'Horror food' here? Ah yes, maybe you and your pet would have been a good light snack for the beast, before it ate everyone else on the ship?" He continues to laugh loudly

He continues to laugh loudly Mak just responds with a shrug, "If you think so" and moves back to his previous curiosity, inspecting this vessel to uncover its secrets and design.
