The evening is warm and there's a decent amount of foot traffic about South Ledopolus. White buildings still stand out and every once in a while a chitin wearing dwarven patrol passes. It smells better here than most larger towns or cities.
At first you crush the two urns as promised. Faint screams were heard soon after the duo left. Either family or help within the manor probably fell to ghostly blade. It does not notify the guard (thankfully).
Eventually three horn blasts are heard. This is loud enough to hear above ground and for some distance. Any civilian reaction is mute - as there was no defining location for the sound to have emanated from the surface. Perhaps it will be talked about sometime in the future.

HurK waits until the street is clear then heads within the building with the team, taking the same path they did once before. He will bar the main doors behind them.
Upon passing the cell's he'll look for anyone trapped within...
HurK has his light bead in-between his incisors and is wielding his original Large Scimitar

Laakh opens his light marble eyelid to 1/4 and loads crossbow, ready to activate his powers. Shines light inside each cell as they pass.

Well, leading up to the cell, there's other things to mull over. Before the stairs leading from the cellar, four dwarven bodies - two male and two female are found dead in bleeding pools of blood, savage looks of fear upon their faces.
Heading down the stairs, another couple of decapitated bodies are needed to be stepped over.
The cell room is empty.
Further down the stairs, another four dead dwarves are found, much the same...
Which leads you to the large chamber you have deemed a step well, the reverse ziggurat. You need to head down the stairs to see the bottom or to continue down either passageway.
OOC: I will get the map together tonight after the kids go to sleep.

The half giant takes the most bleeding corpses of the 2 men/2 women and paints on the wall with their blood in huge bold letters: DON'T CROSS TSALAXA, SILT EATING ELF LOVERS! [replace 'elf lovers' for whatever the most derogatory name to call a DARK SUN dwarf is]
When Mak inevitably looks oddly at him, HurK whispers "We have problems with house Tsalaxa. Time to use this carnage to our benefit and throw a little trouble back at them..."
HurK then searches each body for any valuables (coin pouches, gems/jewelry/gold teeth, metal of any kind, etc.) before heading down, down, down to the center meeting point (where the captain was beheaded)...
He's also looking for anything out of the ordinary: Maybe weird marks or scar's in their neck, spinal column or skulls? "They may be laying eggs inside them..." or odd alien looking growths on their skin.

Mak will follow behind Hurk and Laakh, his left hand wielding his wrist razor and holding a stone enchanted with Continual Light, his right hand free and ready to call up nature's fury.

Mak will move to the west and take the stairs down to the arches. He'll move slowly and cautiously looking for any other victims, new threats, or any sign of the Zhen.
"Don't spend too much time playing with the corpses."

There is a brief, brief flicker of detection behind you that vanishes almost as quickly as you can focus (up the stairs).
The large room is much unchanged from when Hurk and Laahk last saw it... at least from here, at the stairway's base.
Intent to go down and investigate? I would like party order for the three of you.

[Bob the moment HurK sees the motion blur can he use his accelerate power to go after it and grab it? (Provided it's not one of the two spirits which I don't think they could be grabbed unlesst hey wanted it.)]

You did not see anything. This is a result of Mak's Detect Evil spell (and at the edge of any spell radius).

[Ok ty] "Shit" HurK whispers looking in Mak's detection direction "either they missed something and it just escaped or they're flanking us." He rubs his chin in thought "But with their inate invisibility they could attack us where we stand... Laakh keep your danger sense and safety path powers up, I'll go down first with the tablet, Laakh you follow and Mak takes rear security with his evil protection magiks."
HurK slings his pack over one shoulder, blade in right hand, then enlarges to his 36' B'rohg form and heads down the cistern' stairs keeping his eyes and ears open for anything.

Being as large as he is, Hurk manages to reach the bottom quickly. There is now the choice of taking either tunnel. The one Caym was killed in was the right passage... Hurk might want to chooses a smaller form, as while it's a large tunnel (20' wide), the headspace is only about 15' high.
Don't forget to deduct PSPs as we proceed.
