Kleys had just managed to open the wooden box - dusty linen was seen before he noticed the threat to the group and calls upon a caustic bolt of magic. It thuds into one of the far shambling skeletal threats... it still moves slowly towards the party.
Kem smacks the one before her solidly across the skull. While it tilts a bit awkwardly? It rights itself and regards her with empty sockets, finger bones out, ready to claw. She can continue her retreat to the doorframe on the following round if she so wishes.
Hurk draws his blade, ready to attack soon.
Kri-kcht calls upon his wild talent, acid dripping claws are prepared for the fight. He may retreat for the doorframe as his next intent or perhaps cover Pallia if she decides to retreat.
Pallia hits her boney adversary... to little or no apparent effect. These are not the simple threats animated by templars for the arena, such a blow should have destroyed a simple threat. Currently she is the furthest into the room about 15' from the door.
Mak, Yiska, Laahk and Abez hold the stairway room.

(Initiative: rolled 5 +2 Dex = 3)
Kleys will move to the imaginary 2nd melee row to hold the doorway against the undead (i think he's still in the bunk room, yes?), pull out his Templar's Baton, convert it to a Trikal, and prepare to swing at any Skeletons that come within range.

Currently she is the furthest into the room about 15' from the door. Lady HurK's eyes widen. She quickly takes a deep breath in and belts out "I'm POINT! Pallia, get behind Kri, you're about to get swarmed! Kem, singing sticks! Kri, you may need your magic Gythka! Yiska, get in 'ere and use your Momma's blade! We need magic weapons against them!"HurK raises then stomps her massive size 50 right foot Sandal into undead #2 [initiative 8 + 6 sandal speed = 14 Hit AC 6; Damage: 14 magical bludgeoning PsP's -22] Once Pallia falls back, HurK moves forward (south) 3 squares (diagonally between #5 and Kri) to be front man, er woman.

You shuffle. They shuffle. You shuffle faster. Hurkla attempts to stomp and misses his skeletal buddy, it moving quicker to the side than he was expecting. Pallia successfully disengages from her foe, to have Kri-kcht slam his crystal pole axe deep into it instead. It stands, but barely, having been nearly cleaved in two. Yiska runs into the room, still limping slightly - but renders a solid hit of her own on the one Hurkla attempted to kick. Kleys manages to get to the door, holding a trikal - something the rest of you had never seen him carry. The baton he wore seemed to change into the weapon. Interesting. The one he hit with a corrosive bolt is melting before your eyes. While it still shuffles, Kleys is pretty sure it won't make it to the doorway intact. Meanwhile the rest advance. Mak bides his time and strikes one as it gets close to the doorway, dropping it in one brilliant swipe of his glowing blade of moonlight. Most congregate towards Hurkla. One swipes bony fingers at the goliath-ess... and it unnaturally tears into her leg. [6 damage to Hurk.] The rest that manage to attack slowly swarm Hurkla and Yiska, but fail to land any blows of their own. Map to follow shortly. #s 2, 6, & 10 are injured - 2 have fallen (erased from the map) 10 currently remain fighting. darksunsouthtablelands.obsidianportal.com/maps/127860 TYPO ALERT - 13 is actually 3. Oops. We will be switching positions of Hurk and Kri-kcht. I'll update the following round of combat on the map proper.

The half giant intercepts and allows all incoming physical attacks to hit her as she raises her foot and brings it down on skeleton #5 in a loud crunch

Rolling his eyes at HurKette's....enthusiasm, Kleys converts his Trikal to a baton and puts it away, drawing his Longsword; he attacks Skeleton #3/#13.
(Roll: 10 +0, miss).

Mak rushes forward exclaiming "Kill the ones around Yiska, then we'll push the flank into the room!" his moonblade flashing at skeleton #4.
Initiative: 4 (+?? for wielding a weightless blade made of pure moonlight?) Attack Roll: Nat 20! Damage: 18 (2d14+4, rolled a 14. Either way this doubles, the skele is dead)
((Mak 42/42hp, AC 0, Barkskin 3/12 rnds, Moonblade 2/8 rnds, Spells: 1st 6/6, 2nd 5/6, 3rd 4/5, 4th 3/3))

Looking for more intent. As far as weapon speed for a moon sword? Let's chalk it up to a little less than a natural attack, dagger speed is cool. Like a +2 works.

- Seen that no undead gets by the door, Kem gets by #6 and attacks it, in an attempt to free Kritch from some damage by interposing in the way - 'Too many even for a tri-kreen' - The faintly luminiscent sticks drum in the monk's bones
[OOC: Initiative 3, rolled 13 to hit -3 AC for 5 bludgeoning damage. 2nd roll a 4 (hits 6 AC), 4 dmg. I'll leave the 3rd attack for parrying, which it will leave me with 0 AC]

Kri-kcht stabs with his Gythka and misses everything dearly. Not a skeleton, not a party member, not even himself. He jumps on his opponent and bites (!!) the skelly monk.
(Ooc rolled 9 for initiative, a natural 1 for attack by Gythka and a 13 for the bite attack. Damage 1d4 + 1)
