- Skrye moves forward to the next room, looking to what is behind, no stepping in neither touching anything else at that point

The door before her looks much the same as the others.
Knowing there's a trap, the tari is pretty certain it's a standard needle trap. Likely poisoned.
Would she like to remove it? Go ahead and make your rolls.

- Skrye casts Moment and Call upon faith spells, on her prior attempting to disarm the trap, looking for the smooth sound of overcoming the danger and be able to move forward, carefully
[OOC: Moment casted (+20% or +4 in a single rnd, 7 rnds remaining), Call upon faith (+15% just this action), so successful Remove traps 84% out of 85%]

It can be funny sometimes. There are rarely this many proper locks in one place on Athas, and while the tari has had some practice before... she is a bit rusty though. But luckily the gum arabic that she wedged into the keyhole holds the needle as she narrowly springs the ancient tumbler.
This room has pictures of what appear to be elemental spirits, partially human-like and half raw earth, air, fire and water all naked and copulating in a mix not sanctioned by the way the four elements traditionally align.
Oh. And there's a reddish ochre clay tube, perhaps four inches in length and a thumb's breadth in width, sitting upon a pedestal towards the rear of the room on an azure colored pillow. A rug of brown and green lies beneath the small display.

- Skrye gives a thought to that hybrid creatures half humanoid-half elemental, and she looks to the pedestal with the small cylinder shape -' Images in a bit'- thinking to self. She approaches half way in and check for traps around the area.
[OOC: 45% out of 50% to find traps. Any roll to realise something about the hybrid elemental creatures depicted?]

'Muiko will scan the room with Detect Magic once Skrye disarms the trap and opens the door.
He pays especially close attention to the clay tube.

This cannot be right. The book reads as 12,555 years old. The magics behind it? Enchantment, conjuration, transmutation...
The only thing gleaned from the historian's eye is the nine-tongued worm. Mak Thuum Ngatha. A long dead cult thought eradicated by the warrior-women of flame centuries ago. As you mouth the name of the cult, Coden swears he's heard that name before. With my NWP Ancient History (Green Age), does that year tell me anything else? Not specifically that year of course, but is it between certain events, or in a certain period of the Green Age?
As she whispered the cult name and sees a flash of recognition from Coden, Quila says "Oh, you recognize this? From your earlier travels perhaps? It was not the psurlons, right? Any other strange beings maybe?"
Quila will make sure the book will be in the chest and the chest can come along. "Could you carry this chest perhaps Attillus?"
(OOC: rolled a 6 on a 16 for the nwp in case that matters or a roll is needed.)

This looks to be a whistle or small flute. In Celik, similar looking items allowed handlers to command howlers with basic instructions. You are unsure of what this one may influence.
The pillow appears to be trapped according to Chat. Upon closer examination a single thread is woven to the instrument and the pillow it rests upon. This is likely the trigger or would cause one to disturb the pillow if the whistle was removed.
Detect magic reveals the mini flute and the pillow magical. Enchantment/Charm on the instrument; necromantic upon the cushion.

Quila will make sure the book will be in the chest and the chest can come along. "Could you carry this chest perhaps Attillus?" "No problem..." He carefully places the chest and backscratcher in his pack ------------------------------------------- collected so far and placed in his pack: - rusted staff, with a fist-sized gold flecked obsidian ball affixed to the head, greedily grasped in rusty wire (wrapped in blanket) - a royal blue rug - an azure colored pillow and a rug of brown and green. - small ironbound chest secured with two locks with Mak Thuum Ngatha book within it - black basalt book stand carved into a twining column of tendons and bone shaped like a huge, skeletal claw.

"Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey!" Chat'cho shouts, stumbling forward and pointing at the pillow."That's going to kill you ixh you *ick it u*! The *illow is tra*ed!"
She shakes her head slowly at the Tari's earlier declaration of no traps.
