Thinking aloud, Quila lets the more arcane-educated and trained amongst her friends absorb her insights gained from having spent time on perusing Myron's journals.
She looks expectantly at Niachi and into seemingly empty space where she feels 'Muiko must be and prods them excitedly, "Well, well, did I solve a riddle here boys? Sounds like the one her could animate the skeletons in the hallways or call up a spirit from the grey. The one up in the other room could possibly spirit one away in time and space to another locale that is bound to the symbol on the door, like in a Teleport perhaps, or that weird stone we used from Giustenal to the Eternal Hearth and back?"

Quila's look changes to one of worry and she falls silent as she hears her friend say that. "Or that, yes." she quietly adds.

- "Mmm.. But calling a spirit from the grey is Necromancy and we just passed through a set of niches.. Could it that animate them?" - in regards to the symbol at the gate, her smile fades off and her tone turns more serious, then turning at Niachi - "Is there any chance later on for you to check if the statues are petrified creatures or constructs? My guess is that these are created statues and then, whatever is behind this portal, was used to animate them, but it's a guess, I don't know about these matters"

Quila now has a look of surprise and some annoyance. "You must be making a joke now Skrye. You are acting like Parrot, the domesticated and trained talking kes'trekel of my great uncle. He also said things you literally said yourself moments before, just like with us. Did I not just already say that sigil is necromantic and may call a spirit and possibly animate them? Did you not hear me say that? Was I only thinking it?"
Looking at the further exchange, she again interjects "Have you forgotten about the fact that there were 12 statues and only 11 marched out under your control? That is because I literally psionically wrenched a spirit out of the other golem back to the Grey, just like with the golems in the tomb all those days before."
Letting the message sink in for a moment and looking to see if her friend understands, Quila adds to her explanation: "Remember, we were in Myron's workshop that was in his tomb, the room beyond the one with the altar and huge double doors, where Aman had removed his brother's coffin, most likely to this place here somewhere. In that workshop were unfinished constructs, ready to be animated by a spirit from beyond. The procedure how to do it is discussed in one of the journals we found."[/b]

- "Sometimes it seems that I don't grasp all that's said to me, but besides that I'm not sure what creature is that parrot, if any.." - looking at her friend - "Now.. If Amman is the necromancer, what was Myron? Because it makes no sense that the sigil by you is here and not in his brother's tower, or did I miss something?"

"I will show you Parrot next time we are in the city, okay? You know kes'trekels, those dastardly carrion birds that flock together in the wastes and can be quite the nuisance for travelers." Quila smiles.
"I think Myron was a defiler and a psionicist both. I think he must have started out using lots of fire magics judging from evidence, but I think he, like other champions of Rajaat who worked in the Cleansing Wars, was quite competent and dangerous with any school of magic, including necromancy. This sigil here on the door is a trap, and I do not think it has anything to do with creating golems at all."
Looking about her, Quila says "What think you, Niachi and 'Muiko?"

"If I had to guess, I'd say the necromantic sigil probably creates dead things" 'Muiko chuckles at his obvious cleverness. "I have long studied the [Elven: Time of Magic] but I am not sure I have ever seen this specific sigil before."

Niachi wrinkles his brow to study the skeletons, the wooden discs of The Great Greasy Slimeturd's disciples, and that complex necromantic symbol perfectly remembered by Quila. He becomes unresponsive to the others as he dives deep into memory and instinct to crack secrets.

Niachi thinks it (the rune) could possibly animate the bodies (but cadavers are cadavers)... but it could also drain life force, sap mental fortitude, chill one's very blood or maybe even cause one's heart to explode.
That'd be neat.

- Looking at Quila - "So, then makes sense the statues we saw, like a remembrance to his deeds.." - then looking at the gate - "That's not a good experimental option, as it not just be harmful but may also be a barrier from anyone here to break through, as well as a barrier from anything behind to trespass into here, not sure about it"

Quila looks at the rest of the party and nods a firm concluding nod, having heard everyone pitch in from their expertise. She then faces the door from a safe distance and concentrates for a moment, finally manifesting her remote sensing behind this door to peel back the unknown locale the rune is shielding for now. Quila uses her clairvoyance to peek behind the door.
(OOC: rolled a 20, success, better than that even as I get a powerscore effect on any 19 or 20 for Clairvoyance, meaning I get clairaudience as well.)
