Niachi moves to send his Detect Magic and Invisibility down the secret staircase. To Quila:

"What's the word from Kurn?"

Quila snaps out of a mindlink and just catches a whiff from a deeper dank misery.
Hearing Niachi prod her she answers ”Akos told me a lot. That can wait. What cannot wait is our opportunity to fold into the city to regroup and heal and restock ourselves to come back here again. We have twenty minutes or less to go there the easy way under the blessings of my liege.”

She then sees the earnestness of what has happened in the sarcophagus room and remembers the whisper just now uttered….
And yells ”Close it close it now. We first need to go back in order to move forward!”

No traps are detected as the halfling cautiously climbs down the stairs. After fifteen or so feet they end in a narrow corridor only some three feet in width. The sides of the worked hole/corridor are slimy and smell of rot and mildew. It curves right out of the halfling's view.

I assume you turn back at this point if you're listening to Quila.

“That sounds more like the lair of a worm than anything else. I don’t think we unlocked the sarcophagus of Aman’s brother but something else entirely.” Quila notes upon Umbris’ report of his findings.

”Time is passing…..” she adds impatiently.

Quila will cast Dimensional Folding (level 4) into the clearing of New Kurn that Akos said we could use.
