[Edit: added in system shock roll and lowered my attack rolls for “off hand(s)” attack modifier]
HurK takes in a swift deep breath of air as he drops his graft power, blades and magical Datchi club at the feet of his kreen companion and deftly moves a few steps towards the doorway. As he moves he shifts his body’s molecules into that of a massive 36’ white colored, ten tentacled Silt Horror.
61% system shock roll = success
The lightning fast Silt HurK Horror attempts to grapple, suffocate, constrict and crush the 2 headed lizardman to death… Initiative: Always goes first

His Danger Sense is awake for unseen dangers.
Tower of Iron Will: SF 8, Score 17, rolled 8. -6 PSPs. Danger Sense with Power Manipulation: SF 8 (BOB rolls LD) Power Manip: rolled 18 vs 14, fail. burn 5 psps. current PSPS: 69 - 3 if Life Detection works.

Things get tight... fast.
Hurk's 50' form along with the slightly smaller undead champion ettin push the entire party backwards and towards the edge of the room or entrance. This is kind of a blessing in disguise as it keeps the undead from fully engaging anyone team member - now that Odrela is no longer in control.
The gigantic silt horror makes it's first ten tentacled strikes and attempts to grapple. (This is d8 damage, not d10. Strength bonuses are also a moot point - as a silt horror is stronger than a half giant naturally. Base damage ends up being 31 points for the first third of this combat.)
However. After the first ten attacks and 6 successes? Those white-tan appendages begin to squeeze. But the duo-Champion simply grimaces as it turns into granite before your eyes. The faces freeze in sinister grins as Hurk envelops the foe.
Densis is killed and crushed by Hurk's mass, Kri-kcht's attacks and Kem's beating.
Mak finds it difficult to maneuver, but begins to cast Mind Cloak.
Laahk detects no additional life within range until the masses of locusts appear from the war stave!
The acid arrow hits... but currently there is no apparent effect at this time.

Next round: Initiative 4. All powers maintained: Safe Path, Life Detect, Tower of Iron Will.
Laakh barks to Yiska and Abez! "Watch our backs and the sky, stay clear of them vines!"
He keeps in formation behind HurkHorror and carefully scans the other 180 degrees behind and above for 40 yards, doing his best to keep eyes on the 2-headed statue. He observes what the fearsome swarm does to its target/s while forcing his Id into the tiny cracks of Sascha's stone skull:
First Id Insinuation: SF 5, roll 7.

Intention:
Kri-kcht decides to act in a split second.
He reaches for the two white sticks lying on the ground. They appear to be whole.
He is hoping that they are either magical or psionical. If the latter is true the kreen takes the chance that they are still active.
( If he survives these sticks, he is going to poke the granite ettin with them)

HurK focuses on his Nexus and begins to draw the enveloped stone lizardman’s lifeforce into him…
[Life Drain 17, rolled 17 = Power score! 13 hit points drained from Sasha/Wyan into HurK
The massive silt horror then releases 6 of the strangulating tentacles (keeping 4 wrapped around the granite forms torso/arms, legs, waist and his HEADS so that he can’t see) and lashes out at any undead that are closing on him.
Initiative: always goes first Tentacle undead attack 1: AC 4 > 5 bludeoning damage Tentacle undead attack 2: AC 0 > 8 bludeoning damage Tentacle undead attack 3: AC -3 > 1 bludeoning damage Tentacle undead attack 4: AC 1 > 7 bludeoning damage Tentacle undead attack 5: AC -4 > 8 bludeoning damage Tentacle undead attack 6: AC 4 > 7 bludeoning damage

I take back my earlier post. We definitely need rolls/continued intent from Mak. And Pallia for that matter.

Finishing his cast of Mind Cloak, Mak begins to mumble loudly in the language of dirt and mud. ((Since he can speak with plants he tells the vines on the walls to reach for the corpses standing near them, anything that lacks a heartbeat. He offers them water and sunlight in exchange.))
Mak will then work his way forward through Hurk's tentacles with the intent of touching the Undead Ettin with the Mind Cloak spell currently charged in his hand.
((Init Roll: 4, Interaction roll [Herbalism?] for plants: 2, Touch attack [if needed]: 11 [AC5]))

A blast of red sun illuminates the room as Pallia unleashes upon the stone ettin.
Sadly, there is little apparent effect.
The vines begin to move, only to wither, blister, burn and peel into black ash.
Hurk grabs 6 of the walking dead and begins to crush them. The pterrax takes another down, and so does Yiska on the opposing entrance side. Abex moves behind the pterrax as well, but does not find luck in striking.
That's when it happens.
Swirls of inky black begin to reach from the entranceway. For a moment, you fear for the worst...
Only for the shadow to get sucked into the banner you carry. (DM Note: Add 3 levels of power to the item to discharge.)
Kri-kcht grabs the white rods from Densis' corpse. He narrowly misses getting bitten by one of the walking dead. He manages to thrust them at the stone ettin - it has no apparent effect.
Kem manages to drop her immediate foe and keep from getting overwhelmed herself.
Kleys' magic projectile hits, but it's hard to tell if there was any effect.
That's when it (the statue ettin) shifts. The body quickly changes to that of a gigantic double-headed worm. The body is covered with thick scales in varying shades of red. Each head now has two large black eyes set toward the top and has a flaring snout.
Kri-kcht knows what this is! They fought a single headed one in the dying fae realm. A Griknar!
Or in layman terms? A magma drake. It pushes Horror Hurk back slightly in it's change. The room is incredibly tight.
Laahk hears screams off in the distance from the white citadel, to the north and somewhere in the wild of it all.

He looks around to see if anyone else reacts to the faraway cries, current events considered.
(Bob: any results from the 1st round of Id attacks on Sascha?)

"Thats probably Dote - one way or the other; a spell just almost went off on us. Touch the black, probably - its normal range is 60 yards." "Kri-kcht, toss me a baton!"
