The staff oddly shrinks to the halfling's size (still large, but managable) will Mak still wrap the item?

The staff oddly shrinks to the halfling's size (still large, but managable) will Mak still wrap the item? Yes, Mak isn't proficient with the staff. Though he welcomes any of the others to take and use the staff if they wish to before he wraps it and places it back on Hurk.

Kleys pauses while Trap checking: "How's it coming with Levitating HurK?"

(Proxy for Alex: Contact: rolled 17 vs. 19)
Laakh contacts the Medallion and asks it to levitate HurK so we can move him.

Wheezing. A grunt of agreement. Hurk lifts.
"I can't... huff... do this for... gasp, long. You'll have to push if you want teh move 'em."
Where to?

(As previously discussed amongst ourselves) The group pushes HurK to the roof, to be watched over by Mak's Pterrax.

"Laakh, how far did your Life Detection reach - which rooms (or parts of rooms) can you certify as free of living creatures?"
(Bob, I'm OK with just a circle drawn on the map...)

Pallia says, ”Most of my magic is unusable indoors and underground. Should I wait above with HurK?”

The life detection revealed only that ooze you burned on that floor.

Pallia quirks a half-smile and says, "I wouldn't say strong, but I can at least swing a carrikal. Fortunately my healing spells will function without the rays of the sun."
(Cure light and cure moderate have no material component required, which means no sunlight required, so there's that!)

- Kem helps moving Hurk's body and turns to Kleys, nodding in agreement with the words he said to Pallia - I do totally agree with Kleys, if healing is the only blessing you can provide inwards, it's more than welcome.. plus your own combat skills! - cheering him up in an attempt to make him feel valuable, as he really is - Like the sun gives place to the dark of the night, only to raise more radiant the following day, so you'll also do, taking its cycle as yours too My friend - Kem tells Pallia solemnly
[OOC: Could I use Camouflage to find something in here to make a cover of some sort for Hurk's body? The NWP states "By using this proficiency, the character can attempt to conceal himself, his companions, and inanimate objects by using natural or man-made materials. It takes a character a half-hour to camouflage herself or another person, 2 or 3 hours to conceal a cart or inanimate object of comparable size. Camouflaging has no effect on predators that locate prey by scent or other keen senses; a hungry wolf can still sniff out a camouflaged human".]
